Ross is an amazing chef and great person. He is equally easy to work with as he is talented in the kitchen. We enjoyed his restaurant immensely when Technique was open in Westwood, and Ross recently helped organize a 4-course 70th birthday dinner for my parents at our home, including wine pairings.
