I learned so much at yesterday’s class given by Chef Michael, Spring Horsd’oeurves. We made crab cakes, Watermelon & Feta appetizers, empanadas, Asian summer rolls and Tofu Yakitori and quite a bit more. He taught us several ways to garnish and make beautiful presentations. They did my daughter's bat mitzvah and everyone loved the food we did half vegetarian and half chicken. Both sides gave compliment on it from the couscous to the chicken picitta everyone loved it I highly recommend them they we able to give me no worries even in the bad weather this weekend. Yesterday Chef Michael held a Passover cooking class at Temple Beth Shalom in Mahopac. It was attended by more than 25 people. It was a fantastic 2 hours and the food was delicious!
