I help you achieve your fitness goal by making the process fit your lifestyle! From busy moms who've never touched a weight all the way to elite level athletes, I know how to program exercise and nutrition in ways that will take you to the next level and help you get the body of your dreams!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency! Consistency in exercise and nutrition is the only way to get and maintain the body of your dreams! And in order to have consistency, you must enjoy the process, and that's why I make every aspect of my programs FUN! Working with me won't be boring, monotonous, or grind you into the ground with brutal training (unless that's really what you want).
At Fontaine Fitness, we've built a thriving community around help people get started on their fitness journey, or take their journey to the next level! I might be a bit biased, but I would say the secret to getting the body of is becoming a part of that community ;)
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the joy and happiness that someone has when they finally love their body. You really can't put into words the way confidence just radiates out of someone who's accomplished their fitness goals, and it really does translate into every area of their life.
So many people today hate their body, feel uncomfortable, unhealthy, and worn out, and helping people look better, and more importantly FEEL better, is the best thing I could ask for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love training/coaching people, and I'm good at it! I was training my friends for free, so I thought, why not start getting paid for it! I'm also just so passionate about getting people healthy - our health is our most valuable asset, and I want to help people protect it!

See everything above - what I offer is truly unique - and it WORKS! Literally nothing is left up to chance - I take care of everything. The workouts and the nutrition are a rock-solid foundation, and I'll show you how to adapt them to fit whatever is going on, whether it's travel, eating out, being a busy parent, student, or executive, or pretty much anything else!
On top of that, our accountability system is so good, some have said it works without your permission! If you're the kind of person that starts something and then falls off after 2 weeks, or gets lonely and can't handle being on a fitness journey on your own, our 1:1 and group accountability has you covered!
