What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is the Picanha. It is the top part of the sirloin.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create the perfect menu for our clients by giving them a variety of fire-roasted meats that they can enjoy with Brazlian sides, our home-made sauces as well as our famous Pao de Queijo (cheese bread.)
What do you love most about your job?
Everyday is a celebration and there is nothing but good vibes and good energy. Our guests are always celebrating, it could be an achievement, a birthday, a wedding, or just life itself!
What inspired you to start your own business?
In our restaurant we get so busy and this is a way for us to cater to those who can not make it in or for those who want to bring the churrrasco experience somewhere else.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are on time, our meats are the best, our market table items are spectacular and our menu has many health benefits. 90 percent of our items are gluten free. We can cater to meat-eaters and vegans too!

We can provide our services off-premise. This means anything outside of the restaurant which is located at the Rivercenter mall.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have made changes as in following all CDC guidelines.
Catering
Providing a special menu for our guests who would like to enjoy our fabulous food off-premise. All orders over 10 people include warming chafers and orders of 20 people or more include up to 4 fire-roasted meats. All orders come with fogo hot sauce, chimmichurri and pao de queijo (chessebread.)
