We are dedicated to optimizing health through physical activity. We develop your personalized program based upon YOUR specific limitations, needs and goals. Services include regular personal training, individualized program development with periodic updates, motivational coaching, group speaker for in-person events or online webinars, and Breathwork training.

Obtaining "the body of your dreams" is only one goal someone may have for a well-balanced exercise program. If cosmetic effects are your goals, I realistically will get you there through motivational coaching and fine tuned exercise based on what works for your body.

It evolved as i became busier and busier working with clients. I enjoy the freedom to develop exercise prescriptions according to the person's needs, not just what a business wants based upon the cheapest solution.

I specifically work with 50+ population and have the experience, education and training to individualize every individual's fitness routine. I listen and work with what you want and need. This is not a generalized workout for a large group of people. This is truly personalized exercise.

Yes. I can work either online through zoom or in-person on Long Island, NY. All services can be adapted successfully remotely. Call for a free consultation and we can discuss further.

I am open and honest about any health issues I may be experiencing. I clean my equipment after every use. I will wear a mask if a client would like me to as I work with vulnerable populations at times. Whatever makes you comfortable - no judgement.

Regular weekly training to support your individualized exercise prescription.

This is our specialty.
Each program is developed by an exercise physiologist with your goals and needs prioritized for a personalized experience. Everyone who works with Focus Health ExRx on a 1-1 basis will go through these
3 preliminary sessions.

1st session: Interview/Fitness Testing
2nd session: Receive your program
3rd session: Retesting & Refining program after 6-8 weeks

This can be done in-person or remote.

Specializing in Risk Prevention classes - all levels

Learn how to use proper breathing to improve your health and well being. Retrain your autonomic nervous system to fine tune your brain and your body.

Instruction and guided sessions are available

Any topic relating to physical activity and how it relates to health, fitness, and aging/longevity.

Available for in-person and online events.

Can customize for your specific groups interests or needs.

This is for the individual who exercises regularly and just needs fine tuning.
Includes: Q&A, goal setting, motivational coaching.

This program is done online and includes:
-weekly zoom to go over short term goals
-periodic text check-ins during the week to keep you on trac and motivated
-adjustments to overall exercise schedule depending upon lifestyle, work or health changes
-Q&A on topics relating to fitness, exercise and health
