I LOVE helping others succeed, gain clarity, heal relationships, gain confidence, take courageous action, have those tough conversations, celebrate, give grace, make the hard choices, overcome fears/false beliefs and bad habits, set healthy boundaries, re-capture time, communicate effectively.....my heart ZINGS!

The motivation to start this business over 15 years ago began with a need to remove myself and two boys from an abusive marriage. I'd been a stay at home mom for a period and took time to explore what kind of business would utilize my unique gifts, capitalize on my education & experience, and provide some needed flexibility. So the focus was based on strengths, experience and passion, but the catalyst that got me in motion quickly was initiating my exit strategy.

I am not the right fit for everyone. If you are ready for real change from a coach who can quickly identify your barriers and create the strategies that will get you in action, I am the coach for you! My style is playful but we get the job done. Tough topics blended with humor. I am NOT a shoulder to cry on. Yes, you can vent to me. but we're going to get in action. I don't keep working with anyone who isn't making progress.

I am doing the work that I was born to do. I have been accidentally coaching, mentoring and motivating people my entire life and coaching on purpose for more than 15 years. I have the innate abilities and experience that allow me to quickly identify the barriers that stand in the way of of achieving your goals and creating the work and life you desire.

I also have a strong educational background in the field, a Masters Degree from one of the top Human Resource programs in the country, Michigan State University, and I am a Certified Senior HR professional. The combination of innate abilities, education and experience is unprecedented in the field.

Services

Centers around three key steps: Identify, Motivate, Change

1. Identify: Find the barriers to reaching full potential and the key “why’s”. Most often these are fears, false beliefs, habits that don't serve you, or innate wiring not aligned with your goals.

2. Motivate: Create or enhance the desire to change

3. Change: Enact authentic, sustainable change through targeted action steps that get the leader practicing new behaviors, thought patterns and ways of being.

Experience a sense of calm and clarity during difficult conversations. Create strategies with me ahead of a difficult conversation or invite me to facilitate. This service is ideal for instances where there is a breakdown in communication. Participants gain self-awareness about who they are in communication and create change where required. Targeted outcomes for these conversations are:

1. Better understanding of the issues
2. Commitments to each other for the future
3. Increased skill in true listening and speaking
4. Improved respect & understanding

We specialize in helping leaders maneuver the unique dynamics present in family businesses. Whether it’s traversing the difficulty of challenging family dynamics or creating a smooth transition to the next generation, we’ve got the expertise to help.

The process begins with a Cultural Assessment that includes a representative survey of employees. Aggregate data will then be used to create a Report of Findings that includes a list of identified issues with specific actions prescribed to correct each one. We will create a comprehensive, customized plan based on your unique situation.

For groups of up to 8 individuals who have similar barriers or who are working towards related outcomes. Group coaching can help improve individuals but will also benefit a team. Each participant learns from the others as they experience success. Individual members hold each other accountable for weekly action steps.
