My 9 and 7 year old have been going to the open gyms at FMU and absolutely loving it. Coach Theo greets them with enthusiasm every time and has truly made my son feel special. Yesterday, he was one of the two kids that received a wrist band. We asked him what it represented and he replied "hard work" and told us that he really wants to work hard and inspire others. So while FMU is an amazing and fun gym, it's also teaching our son deep and important principles. We are so grateful! More...

FMU...what would we do without this amazing gym This has truly become like "home" for our family. From the kids classes to adult fitness. ..we NEED it in our lives. You will find amazing coaches who are encouragers, genuine people who know you by name, a faith filled environment where you feel God's love, and awesome workouts that will make you never want to miss a class. I love FMU! For the first time in my life, I want to get to the gym & workout. 3 classes a week is totally doable and therefore I don't miss. The owners, Theo & Amber, have extensive knowledge when it comes to fitness but the best part is that they give back to those in need - specifically to those fighting the battle against childhood cancer. The coaches are highly encouraging & very motivating, you won't find better because they are all at FMU! I mean it when I say that FMU really has become like a 2nd family to me.
