FlyWheel Brands is an amazing organization. We started franchising our locksmith business a few years ago and struggled to keep up with the demand on uniforms and marketing materials, as we grew. The folks at FlyWheel, not only helped alleviate those pain points, but also added some much needed value to our current system. They designed and implemented an entire website, just for us, where we can place online orders from anything to T-Shirts, all the way to coffee mugs! The best part was that it required very little of my time. FlyWeel just took the ball and ran with it. The quality of products was abundantly clear, as well. I have been working with FlyWheel (formerly Graphic Solutions) for many years now. I have had a couple different people (Bart previously, and currently Serena) handle my account over the years, and both have been outstanding. We have many different products as well as R&D that we sometimes need printing of all sorts done for. No matter the task they always come through with quality work. More importantly than that though, their customer service is second to none. I've put them through it all, from impossible deadlines, to last minute design changes, to reprints and expedited shipping, to EXACT color matching requests, and they've done it all. And done it all with a smile and a kind voice. I value quality products (which they have) but I value customer relations more, and will seek out a good business relationship, and stay loyal to that, over anything else. I am proud to say they've been my go-to print supplier for the better part of 6 years. Even when I am in San Diego and they are in Hixon, I'd much rather deal with them then a local shop, because I know I will always get quality, and they will always treat me right, and get it right no matter what.
