This class is so much fun! Learning to practice yoga on a floating mat, in the sunshine, with the opportunity to dip into the pool whenever you desire .... it’s priceless ♥️

Melissa is an incredible instructor, I absolutely love doing yoga on the water, melissa makes it challenging and fun, and every class I've been to with fluid motion has turned into awesome memories.

Darryl's instructions were very good and easy to follow, much needed to try to balance on a remarkably unstable surface. Great experience in a private paddleboarding session with Melissa for a bachelorette in North Park Lake! She went above and beyond to get us comfortable with standing up and moving on the paddleboard, took tons of pictures and set up an icebucket with champagne glasses for a post-paddleboarding toast. Melissa and Darryl are amazing! They got me and my (70 pound) pup cruising around together on the paddle board in no time. They were patient, relaxed and obviously experienced with not only SUP but also working with (exuberant) dogs. They came in with a plan and kept my dog Demo focused and comfortable the entire time. Melissa and her team always take beautiful care of their students, providing both a beautiful atmosphere and a thoughtful and elegant practice. No matter what your comfort level is, they provide infinite patience and support for you. It is a wonderful experience to be on the water and buoyant will practicing. I travel quite a bit. Through my travels I always try to go to as many different workout and yoga studios as Possible. My experiences on the water with Melissa have been so much fun! I don't think I have smiled so much while doing yoga, challenging my balance, and belly flopping into the water. Melissa is a huge part of making this experience challenging as well as creating an environment where the practice is personal. You challenge yourself...no competition on who might fall into the water first:) Now, I want to learn how to do all kinds of tricks and yoga poses on the board. I'm inspired.

I recommend FluidMotion SUP as highly as I can. Melissa and Darryl are both incredible people who are extremely passionate about what they do. They truly do everything they can to ensure that everyone is comfortable and that everyone has fun from beginning to end of class. Working with Melissa through PuppyLove SUP + Yoga has made my summer the best yet! Her support in finding a paddle board, learning how to paddle (on my own and WITH MY PUP! ), and beginning to practice yoga on my board (through fun events like the monthly Full Moon Paddle) has been beyond beneficial! Melissa presents a challenging but doable class, starting with basic postures that help you get comfortable on the board, and then moving to standing postures. She's always happy to take requests and makes sure there's some free time at the end to try whatever you think might be fun. She encourages students to be playful as well as mindful.
