I called Flowers of Memphis to order a funeral arrangement for my Dad’s funeral and asked if they even had time with the busy Valentine’s Day holiday. Quite a few places had been unable to help. John told me he ALWAYS has time for that. He also took it upon himself to call the funeral director when I just didn’t know some of the information he needed.
