I am in  Denver and needed a floral bouquet delivered fairly quickly for a funeral service in San Antonio, I found Flowers By Susanna on Yelp and couldn't be happier. After reading reviews on Yelp, I opted to order with Susanna.  And, I did this on line which always concerns me...will I get what I pay for.  A resounding YES for Flowers By Susanna.  After the delivery, I received two different pictures with notes of praise from two different relatives regarding the "gorgeous arrangement."  When I saw the pictures, I  certainly agreed and was truly impressed. I contacted Susanna the day before a memorial service. I'm not familiar with San Antonio, so I turned to Yelp for assistance as I do frequently. With only a day notice, she did an absolutely beautiful job on the flowers!! Mary's favorite color was red and my wish was for red flowers done tastefully for a memorial service. I discovered this lovely business a year ago, and has been a loyal customer ever since. I worked overtime yesterday and suddenly realized that I had not called to send flowers to my 90-year old mother. When I googled the phone number, it indicated that the store had already closed. I called anyway. Susanna answered the call at 5:32 TX time. She was very patient to listen to my needs and assured me that the flowers would be there in time. She sent me a picture of the floral arrangement 4 hours later, and my Mom received it today around noon. Both my parents were pleasantly surprised. They said that they had never seen such a beautiful creation. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They keep a record of my past orders and understand our preferences. Every arrangement was unique. I only see my elderly parents twice a year, and rely on Flowers by Susanna to express my love for my parents. Amazing service. My granddad was in the hospital, and wanted to send a nice arrangement. Problem was that I'm in Minnesota. Called Susanna and told her the story and what I could afford, she put together the bouquet right there while on the phone with me. Susanna is SO sweet! Her customer service is unmatched. I placed an order at 8:30 PM and realized I requested delivery on the wrong day for a funeral. I actually need them sooner than expected. She answered the phone, which I absolutely did not expect, and was so sweet and gracious. No only did she promise to personally call the church and coordinate delivery, but she took time to ask what colors I preferred for the arrangement. Susanna created a beautiful flower arrangement for a family member's funeral. I live out of town and found her shop on Google, so I had to trust her judgement. Her floral pricing was very reasonable and she even sent me a photo of the finished arrangement. She went above and beyond what any other florist would do. She was wonderful and soooo accommodating! She took the order and they delivered the beautiful basket the same day! She even sent a picture to my cell phone so I'd know what it looked like. BEST FLORIST I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! I called Susanna 10 min before she was to close to order an arrangement that was to get delivered to a person that lived over 15 miles away.  The florist that was supposed to do the arrangement canceled last minute and I had to get on yelp to find one that would do it.  Well, to my surprise not only did Susanna agree to do the arrangement, but she went above and beyond my expectations.  She was great to work with and she updated me on the progress and delivery status every step of the way.  She stayed open past business hours to fulfill my order and I am forever grateful for her service.  I highly recommend her and her business. I wanted to give my girlfriend flowers for her birthday however I live in CA, whereas she lives in TX. So I had to rely entirely on Yelp for guidance. After researching and calling a few places who were closed on the weekends, I called Susanna who was incredibly nice and helpful. She told me the delivery fee was $9 which I thought was very reasonable. Then asked me what my budget was and said she would deduct the delivery fee from that. Being that I am a college student, I told her $60 was my limit (which I know isn't a lot for flowers). I described what I wanted: something colorful, not too "romantic", with sunflowers if possible. I didn't know what to expect but - wow. Susanna went above and beyond! Especially considering my limited budget. Susanna delivered the bouquet to her house herself and my girlfriend loved them. OMGosh after all these years I have finally found an honest and talented florist in San Antonio. Living in Florida we can't always make a funeral or visit someone sick. For years we'd pay big bucks for flowers from pictures on websites and were ALWAYS disappointed as the arrangements were 1/2-2/3 the size they were supposed to be with 1/2 the flowers we were told/pictured. I found Flowers by Susanna via Google after much research, ordered, and called behind the order the next day. What a delight to deal with! I gave her full reign to choose the colors and types of flowers and told her to just make it big, full, and beautiful. And did she ever! And it was delivered on time! Please see the pic marked "Doc and Shirley FL" and the one just above that one. I couldn't be more pleased. She is a great communicator, keeping me posted along the way. I wanted to buy my Mother-in-law flowers for Mother's Day all the way from Oregon. I don't like buying from those national chains due to them not being as consistent as small local shops. I got on yelp to try and find somewhere near Cibolo where she lives and I came across Flowers by Susanna. I got on the website and found it very easy to find and buy what I wanted. The flowers were delivered a day earlier than I asked for but when she sent a picture of them I could see how beautiful they were, they looked even better than the picture they had online! I am from New York and my daughter is going to school in San Antonio. My initial special plans for her birthday proved impossible at the last minute and I decided to have something delivered to her at school to make her day special anyway. I was impressed by the other reviews for this shop (all from out of state) and called to place my order.  Susanna was EXTREMELY helpful in designing a custom roses/balloon/chocolates/toy package for my daughter ($78 including delivery) that could be delivered WITHIN FIVE HOURS of my telephone call.Susanna promised to deliver the package and to send me confirmation and a picture of the arrangement.  I was thrilled that she had everything under control.And then the school refused to allow Susanna to deliver the flowers to my daughter.  Undeterred, Susanna contacted me for alternative instructions and gladly re-delivered them to my daughter's address later that day when she got home from school.Susanna delivered exactly what I asked for and it was everything I had anticipated it to be.Over-all, Susanna had excellent customer service and the custom gift arrangement was everything I could ask for at the price point I had given her.  I will absolutely be using this florist again.The picture of the arrangement was exactly what I needed.  Thank you again!! Susanna was helpful and courteous on the phone.  I ordered a Christmas bouquet for my Mom who is elderly.  The bill was exactly what I had agreed to pay.  During our phone conversation, Susanna confirmed all the details of the order by repeating the info to me.  She offered to send me a text with a photo of the flowers my Mom would receive.  I thought this was great!  The flowers were delivered promptly on the day I ordered them yet I didn't receive a text/photo.  The next day I received an apology along with the photo.  It was great to see what the bouquet actually looked like! Needed to order flowers for a friend who was ill and just getting out of the hospital. I found Susanna by searching on Yelp since I live in Ohio and know nothing of San Antonio! I was so pleased with how everything turned out. I told her my situation and she promised a bouquet that would really cheer my friend up with beautiful flowers in vibrant colors. She delivered! My friend texted me almost immediately upon recieving them about how much she loved them! Her fave in the bouquet were the lillies, but the daisies and other flowers were also gorgeous!
