Flowers by Joan made the centerpieces for my best friend’s bridal shower and they were absolutely stunning! I showed the owners a picture of an idea and they created centerpieces even more perfect than I imagined (at a great and fair price, too). Their customer service was just as lovely as their creativity and they put up with all of my silly and constant questions kindly and promptly. In addition to these centerpieces, I have received flowers, and have been in a wedding where my bouquet and all other flowers were from Flowers by Joan and you really can’t beat their quality and beauty! LOVE Flowers by Joan! Jeannine helped me with some arrangements for my High School 10 year reunion and she always delivers a standard of excellence from a customer service, product, and execution point of view. Her arrangements are beautiful, she's so easy to work with, and the flowers were delivered exactly on time. I've seen Flowers by Joan go through 3 ownership changes and 2 store location changes but the one thing that's never changed is the quality. We have used Flowers by Joan for years and have always been very happy with their flowers. Recently we had them make 3 arrangements for my Mom's Memorial and they were perfect. We went in to the shop with some very specific requests which were ALL met and she went above and beyond making our quirky requests absolutely elegant and just perfect. The arrangements turned out being more beautiful then my sister and I ever envisioned! Afterwards, the flowers lived longer than we expected, showing they were very fresh when arranged. The ladies who work at Flowers By Joan are so friendly, professional, and helpful. I forgot to order the flowers in advance and with the smallest of notice, they created the most beautiful corsage for my daughter to wear to her Father- Daughter dance tonight. The shop truly outdid themselves. Exceeded all expectations. So happy with the turnout that it’s hard to express in words, but I can try. Not only are they kind & professional, but they work with you and make your vision come true. I sent over pictures of the idea I had for my wedding centerpieces, and they came out far better than the pictures I sent. And they last! I took one of the centerpieces home, and was very thrilled with how long they lasted. They also kept in contact with me to make sure every detail was perfect! Thank you guys, for all your hard work. We hired Flowers by Joan to provide the flowers for our wedding and they did a spectacular job. Eileen, the owner, met with us numerous times (once even on a Sunday when the store isn't normally open) in order to put together a look that was right for us and she nailed it.
