Our wedding was this past weekend and I just had to speak on how great it was working with Flowers by Emily. From the very beginning, they have been attentive and flexible with our flower needs, and they are incredibly reasonable when it comes to price. Despite the fact that I felt like we had some odd requests (vine ball bouquets, hoop bridal bouquet), they handled everything with a level of professionalism. I think there was some miscommunication when it came to what we wanted for decoration at our ceremony site, but, honestly, the arrangements we got for it were pretty and did the job. A few of the boutonnieres were difficult to pin on and required more straight pins than provided, so I think my only critique would be providing more straight pins for the temperamental boutonnieres! A change of plans at the last minute created the need to send sympathy flowers to family. I spoke with Cole and he was very patient with me even as I got the funeral time wrong and then could not find my address book to send to the home! We worked it out and the flowers were delivered as requested to the neighbor. The delivery driver called to follow up with me to let me know this. Flowers by Emily did an amazing job with my wedding flowers. I gave her a few pictures and a general idea of what I wanted and she showed up with beautiful arrangements. She also did an incredible job of working with the budget I gave her and still giving me great flowers.
