(Back History)*I originally ordered flowers to be delivered on my grandmother's birthday (I live on the west coast.. she lives on the east coast) on "Fromyouflowers. com", only to have them cancel my order the day that they were suppose to be delivered (ruining the entire experience!). When I called to ask why they had cancelled- they said they don't deliver there, even though it was the first site to pop up when I googled "Flower Delivery" and my grandmothers zip code... AND confirming the address over the phone!!!!" After reading reviews on Yelp for this company I felt stupid for ordering without doing my research first... their page was flooded with horrible reviews. (Flowers By Christophers Experience)*I read their reviews...placed my order .... and they immediately followed up with me! The service was great and they took extra care of my order in an attempt to help me regain the joy of surprising my grandmother with Birthday Flowers. Angela even called me to confirm the address and details (I placed my order at 6am (west coast time) and by 6:30am they had already responded by email called to confirm everything by phone. My grandmother called me 1.5 HOURS later and already had her flowers. She said they were beautiful and I could tell how happy she was in her voice!! Absolutely wonderful! They saved the flower day for my sisters wedding. They had such an excellent selection and opened early that allowed me to throw together the bouquets for my sister's wedding the morning of her vows. This isn't an ordinary florist. I have dealt with them in weddings, funerals, baptisms, proms, and just a random thought to send a silly something to someone. (I love is the best.)The best part is every time I call my situation is theirs - they take it to heart and don't just do a job they make memories and really isn't that all that matters? They will be with you all the way and never miss a step, always with a smile even on the toughest days. I used another local florist, against my better judgment, one time and it was a disaster - they forgot to make the delivery to a child. We got married in Penn Yan on June 16, 2012. We booked with Kelly at Flowers by Christopher's. We saw her at a Bridal Show and liked the professional work they had on show. We talked with Kelly about our location and she understood what I wanted without even having to show her the location, the colors or how I had this thought of flowers that I wanted. She took the idea out of my head! Flowers by Christopher's were very flexibly for payment and the flowers you get for your money was unbelievable!
