Yesterday, I was asked to send flowers to a relative in Tucson and had no idea who to contact since I live in LA and I've been burnt in the past using 1. 800.flowers. After doing a few minutes research on google I stumbled across flowerbee and decided to give it a try. Â A few minutes after placing my order I received a call from Janice at FlowerBee with letting me know some details about the place I was sending the arrangement to. She suggested a couple of changes that seemed smart and even offered to send me a photo of the flowers once arranged knowing I won't see them in person. She never tried to upsell me and even mentioned she'd be getting a certain flower in the next day that she might try as well. I've sent a lot of flowers over the years, spending a lot more than I was this time, yet I've never has anyone giving me the special attention Janice did. Â The flowers arrived right on time, Janice sent me a picture of the arrangement, which looked amazing and the relative was so moved by love sent that day. Read reviews around the area I needed delivery to and decided delivery from Tucson was the better choice. Turned out to be a great choice. Â Janice was a little short of flowers right after Thanksgiving and still put together a great deep color fall basket for my wife and daughter. I recently used FlowerBee to send a bouquet to my stepmother for her birthday. She is elderly and didn't hear the doorbell or notice the missed delivery slip. Janice from FlowerBee was so amazing and kind! She contacted my stepmother directly, and arranged a new delivery time, all in a fast and efficient manner. I live out of state and needed a florist to send a sympathy arrangement. I called several florists prior, all who were not going to go above and beyond to assist me (it was a Saturday, however, all florists I called just had opened/or getting ready to open). They all refused to deliver same day, even though their website stated they would. When I called Flowerbee, the lady I spoke with was so kind and eager to help. She called me back once she got to the shop (again it was super early), and assisted me. She was so sweet and said she would take care of everything. My wife received a fruit basket for Mother's Day today from our out of state daughter. It took 2 tries as we weren't home the first try, they called and left a message, and then called back the next morning and gave us a time window for delivery. Great customer service. I used Flowerbee to send my daughter flowers for Valentines day. They sent the wrong flowers. Janice was very apologetic and offered to send them again which wasn't necessary at that point since it was after the date. She also refunded me my money. I contacted Janice at FlowerBee to do the floral arrangements for my company luncheon for our yearly sales meeting. This was the first year that our site was chosen to host so it was super important that everything went well. We needed 30 table center pieces and a stage and podium piece. I was a little hesitant to go with FlowerBee originally because of the size of the order I thought I would need a larger florist but she was recommended to me by a friend who in in charge of a huge charity event every year. I'm so glad I went with them. The price was significantly lower than the other bids I received and truthfully what Janice came up with was even better what I pictured in my head. She totally captured the ambiance and image we wanted to project. On the day of the luncheon rather than just drop off the flowers Janice did the set up for us and didn't charge us extra for it. Everyone loved the arrangements. they were very creative, she even used artichokes and brussel sprouts in them. At the end of the luncheon we even had several people ask if they could take them home.
