These guys are amazing! Lady who answered the phone was so patient and kind. They were willing to deliver the flowers when I wanted them to. I love this flower shop!!! I reside out of state but have friends and family in California, specifically in the Orange County part of town. I've ordered my mom and girlfriends flowers for their birthdays and holidays here. They delivery on time, quality, beautiful, reasonably priced flowers and bring so much happiness and joy to my close loved ones! I have them as my go to florist in Southern CA! If you need a reasonable, beautiful professional arrangement to be delivered, this is the place! I found this place in an online search and just could not have been happier that I did!  I brought the owner/florist a coffee mug that I wanted to be used as the vase for the arrangement.  We discussed a couple options and I left to run a few errands.  When I returned, she had made a very elegant and beautiful arrangement in the mug and could not have been happier!  In addition, her prices are very reasonable, given both the quality and creativity of her work, coupled with the beautiful flowers that she keeps on hand.  The next time I need a custom arrangement, I will go straight back to this great place!! I had placed an order online for my sister. The delivery never made it. I called the shop at 7pm on a Friday. The guy who answered the phone was so nice. He was able to contact the driver and find out what happened. There was a mistake on there end. The guy on the phone let me know that they would make it and get it over to her house right away. You get top-notch personal service and high quality arrangements here, you can check out their arrangements online. Since COVID, I' ve had 2 close co-workers' parents pass and I wanted to send something special--Galit did not disappoint. She was so accommodating, patient, and understanding; she really knows how to express in floral design. I also love that they also sell hand-crafted pottery that can be part of the package, or not. I received an image of the arrangements by text when they were done so I could see what was being sent (very reassuring!). It's my daughter's UCI grad this weekend and since it's virtual, we won't be with her.  We wanted to send her a floral arrangement and when I saw that Flower Synergy was local to her and could deliver the same day, I jumped on it.  They have a beautiful selection and had an option for Long Lasting Roses (roses that are preserved and can last up to 8+ months), so I placed it in the basket and checked out at ~9:30am.  Low and behold, like the other reviews, I received a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered (~noon) and then received a picture and text from my daughter regarding the bouquet before 12:30!  Not only did the flowers look like the online photo, our daughter loved them.  I was so impressed by the quality and service, I sent another arrangement to my daughter, from my side of the family!  Again, order went in at 12:45, received a pic of the arrangement around 1pm and it's out for delivery!  I wish we had a shop like this in Folsom!  Highly recommend this flower shop!!! Decided to try out this flower shop after seeing some flowers that my sister received from them. I was so impressed with their arrangement that the first time I had an occasion to send flowers, I contacted Flower Synergy. I called about 2:30 for a same day delivery. I have ordered flowers a few times this year for friends in Seattle and MN and now in Irvine with Flower Synergy - they were the best flower delivery company I' ve worked with so far. Love how they send you a couple of pictures of the flowers before being sent out for delivery. My friend was having a birthday party outside in the park and the delivery person went above and beyond to find her in the crowd to make sure she got them. The flowers looked amazing! I live in Central California and ordered on line after reading the Yelp reviews. I selecting a bouquet that I liked but having been burned in the past between what is pictured and what is delivered I was very happy when I received an email early on the day of delivery with two photos of the bouquet they had ready for delivery.  It was then delivered about 9am so the recipient could enjoy it all day!  Easy to work with and excellent execution of my order.  They will be my florist for all future orders! I've no idea how they got 5 stars. The worse place ever! I would not recommend to order anything from them. We ordered the succulents inside the wood box for Mother' s Day. We were shocked when they delivered plastic succulents inside. We paid $107. There were no any description that it would be plastic bouquet. It's so hard to know with florists if you're going to get what you pay for. Will what gets delivered look like the picture of what you ordered? Will they sub in some weird flowers or a cheap vase? How will you ever know unless you see it with your own eyeballs? And if you can't see it, how will you know when the recipient received it? So many things to worry about! Flower Synergy takes care of all of these worries. Yes, they 100% deliver (ha ha pun intended) on what you ordered. The arrangement they created looks even more beautiful than what I expected. I wanted to send my sister in Irvine a flower arrangement. I'm in Texas which makes it kind of hard. I read reviews of this shop and took a chance. They sent me a text message with a photo of the arrangement and then confirmation of the delivery. In my lifetime of ordering flowers I've never received a photo. Just wanted to give a shout out to Ido who was amazing in helping in helping me pick out a few arrangements for my co-worker' s wife who just had a new baby girl. He was very patient and went over different designs and options and she absolutely loved them. Unfortunately due to hospital rules they were not able to deliver them to her there but they made arrangements to have them delivered the next day to her home and she was so happy to get them. BEYOND HAPPY with my order. I called yesterday to place an order for my sisters bday and the lady was super helpful and kind. I later called to add another order and the gentleman that helped was also amazing. Their customer service was a perfect 10! They communicate with you via text which is very helpful.
