Great customer service! These ladys are the best! I was in a rush and couldn't make it to the store on time to chose the flower that I wanted but they came up with such a beautiful design for my bouquet and flower crown. I researched various flower shops and read the reviews before going and many had bad reviews and this one had 95% of good reviews so I decided to come here! My mom had always wanted calla lilies so her birthday was coming up and I decided why not this year... as soon as I walked in I had a great service, the staff was very kind and helped me find something for my budget... I picked them up and they were ready on time and they explained to me what to do to make them last longer and dedicated time to me.. I am so thankful with everyone for your reviews and to the staff for all the great help! My sons girlfriend ordered an arrangement online for her aunt and picked out a lovely arrangement, however what was delivered was far from the picture. :-( As a prior owner and designer of my own flower shop; I advised her to call and speak to the owner about the arrangement, and how it was not what she ordered and that most if not all the flowers had been substituted as well as the greenery.I understand substituting flowers but the whole arrangement was different. A carnation in place of a red rose ,a spider pom in place of a gerber daisy. The owner told her she would give her 10percent off her next purchase!!!! WHY WOULD THERE BE A NEXT PURCHASE I then read the shops page and how they are locally owned and friendly and just want their customers happy; I also read reviews on this shop and it seems the owner makes excuses for every bad review they get :-( Shame on you Flower Hut for taking advantage of a young struggling college student! Pablo I hope your reading this and hope you get the proper recognition. I actually almost made the mistake of ordering online. But thanks again Pablo for being really patient and answering my crazy questions. The staff took the time to email me confirmation, search and specify what flowers would be used if the flowers listed had run out, detail my letter (even thou it wasn't all correct lol), deliver it, give me confirmation when it was delivered and arrived, and of course sending me an image of what the final outcome looked like prior to sending it out. Will deff be using you guys in future and appreciated tremendously the service for the first time delivering flower arrangements. I hope you guys have a referral program because I will deff be telling my friends and family about you guys. Thanks again. :)

Sardha and Bill of the Flower Hut totally came to the rescue when my floral order with another company fell through the week of my wedding. Not only did they give me an amazing deal and work under an incredibly tight timeline, but they did a fantastic job and all with a smile on! Sardha does fantastic work; the next time I need flowers arranged I'm definitely heading down Independence to the Flower Hut! Their prices are far more reasonable than other Charlotte florists that are located in trendy neighborhoods.
