What makes a great website?
Content is key! Great art doesn't hurt either. When designing for a client I like to take the approach of less is more, and go for quality and not quantity. Most people click on a link to a site and if its too busy or they can't maneuver though the pages easy they give up and go to another. I'm guilty of this myself! Plus, to maintain good SEO (search engine optimization) with Google Ads you need to update content fairly frequently to keeps your placement high on Google searches.

Scope of business, budget, timeline and must-haves then backup ideas.

I provide some forensic (internal business auditing), tax, and management accounting services.

Saves time, money and a whole lot of grief by keeping your financial records in order.
What do you love most about your job?
There are never two projects the same, and I enjoy some of the challenges my clients come to me with. When I am able to resolve something that has been keeping them up at night with, it gives me a lot of satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been a 50% co-owner 5 successful small businesses. And over time or through growth have been bought out. I feel like I was maybe building someone else's dream. So now I can do all the same tasks that I used to but still own my own business solely and still help others.

" Could you imagine how many have said a woman can't run a concrete pumping company or you cant do that, it's not possible?" -with sheer determination and will to succeed for my family, I have.

On my website there is my calendar and a link to book Zoom appointments with me for a free consultation (and not just 1 for 30 minutes, as many as we need). For tax prep and filing, I use an IRS approved platform for document transfers and identity verification. SUPER EASY!!!
Services Offered
I provide a free consultation; either in person, (my office is in Eustis, FL) over the phone, or video call (Zoom, Google Meets, Microsoft Teems). After this, I provide the potential client/taxpayer with a proposal consisting of a time frame and a cost. I am set up for full service bookkeeping including bill-pay by ACH or check using bank level 1 security, payroll processing independent of Quickbooks, and business income tax return filing.
I occasionally do Quickbooks conversions. This consists of migrating valuable business records accurately into a new Quickbooks account. Sometimes this is a result of prior neglectful or inaccurate record keeping. This can be quite a challenge, and it can be very challenging work but the outcome always is worth it. So, if your afraid of possibly devaluing your business and are not sure if your books are accurate feel free to reach out to me. With the the user accountant feature in QBO (Quickbooks Online) it is very easy for me to hop in, take a look around and offer you a free analysis.
The majority of my clients are small businesses; usually single member or husband/wife partnerships ranging in the investment rental market to landscape and design but, I am not limited to the service field.
