Through my accelerated strategic coaching program, I will be collaborating with you to address your limiting beliefs and self-doubts, rebuild your self-awareness, amplify your strengths and power, unblock your true passion, and guide you to set and accomplish goals that prioritize your values.

In my sessions we will be utilizing an integration of skills I have mastered through the years of experience using neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), mindful meditation, creative play, visualization, and the innovative techniques of strategic intervention.

My goal is to provide you with tools that can be practiced in your everyday life so that your self-improvement journey can continue beyond our sessions together.
