Flores Fence did a great job installing a 6 foot vinyl privacy fence. There prices were in line with other companies, but I chose them based on their customer service. From the coldest day of the year when Luis came out to take a look and quote, to both girls in the office who answered any questions and the two who installed in 2 days (Desy and Ana I believe were the names).  We are very happy with the fence and would highly recommend! Update: they reached out to me to remedy this after I posted on Yelp. A guy (Wilfredo) came out to give a quote and never provided a quote. I was promised a quote the same day or day after. He was really nice and I was looking forward to working with this company. He came on time and wore a mask. But two messages to the quote guy and the main email...and no response...no quote. Not what I expect when we plan to spend thousands of dollars on a service. I'm now hesitant how responsive they will be through this process.I will gladly change my review if I hear back from this company! More...

We were looking to install a 6ft white vinyl privacy fence to one side of our property. We had 4 quotes and Flores Fence was the second cheapest. I picked them over the cheaper company because of their excellent customer service, fantastic Yelp reviews and willingness to be flexible with an installation date based on the lovely Chicago weather. The two installers were very nice and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Happy with the work and have already handed their info out to a few friends looking to get work done! More...

Flores Fence did such an awesome job on my fence! I get lots of compliments on it from the neighbors as well as passerby’s while the crew was working! Had a great, seamless experience working with Flores Fence. From the estimate stage which happened to be the best price from the 4 quotes I got, working with Wilfredo all the way through the installation, the whole experience was great. Miguel took care of every single detail and the end result was flawless. They cleaned up really good before taking off and we cannot be happier with the new fence. Worked with Luis at Flores Fence to replace the cedar fence on the south side of the property that was damaged in a storm.  He worked out a quote and they were able to add in pre-staining the cedar fence prior installation.  Crew was great - professional and thorough.   They took away the old fence and installed the new fence which included a customized gate.  It looks great and the neighbors complimented that workmanship. They built a beautiful 7ft high horizontal cedar fence for me in Wicker Park. I showed them pictures of what we wanted and they matched it perfectly.

I am very satisfied with my iron fence and gate work and recommend Flores Fence.  I called several companies in the spring to try to get a quote, Flores was the only one that called back, the others turned out to be flakes.  While i wasnt in a big hurry, at first I was a little put off because they told me it would be 2 months before someone could come for the estimate but i said OK. It turns out they were the only ones that responded to me and actually came on the day and time scheduled so it worked out.  I got a fair quote for the repairs and painting of the existing iron fence and installation of a new section on the side. The installation was set for about 8 weeks after the deposit was paid but it was worth the wait in the end. The crew headed by Miguel was very diligent and did a great job on both the repairs and the installation. They even did some extra work i hadnt thought of on the walk thru iron gate so it would be more secure than it had been.  The newly painted iron fence and the newly installed fence look great and both gates are now working the way they were meant to. I am very satisfied with the result and will definitely call Flores when i need to replace my wooden fencing in the backyard next spring. More...

Had a good experience with Flores Fence, from beginning to end! First off, they were one of the few that responded to my Yelp request, which I appreciated. And while they were booked out a bit, we put something on the calendar...it turned out to be worth the wait! Luis came by, heard me out on what I was looking for, and answered my questions. He then took back the info and got a quote to me within just a few days. I approved it, put down a deposit, and he let me know they would schedule an installation, which came just ~6 weeks late. There ended up being some confusion in the precise style I wanted*, but the installers--who, by the way, were great guys!--were able to adjust on the fly and get me the fence I wanted, all in just two days! Thanks Flores Fence!*I think this is the only area that could be improved a bit. I thought I had communicated the precise style, but I can see where there could have been confusion, from either side. Perhaps FF could do some process tweaks to ensure there is clarity there in the future. More...

Flores did a great job installing a new fence at a very old home for me.  The job included a front and rear locking gate.  Nine months after the install the lock on the rear gate broke . I sent Flores an email and the next day I received a note telling me they would immediately send someone out to take a look.   Sure enough, someone showed up in a few hours and replaced the entire handle and locking mechanism, no questions asked.  It's one thing to provide great service on the initial install,  but even greater to provide wonderful customer service after the sale.  Great job!!! Had my deck skirt installed by them last year. Had an appointment set but they didn't show up or call. They finally called me and knocked off 10% off my bill which is fine. This year I called and left a message to get my fence repaired. Of course they never call back so I followed up. The girl said somebody will contact me in a couple dats. It's been over 3 weeks and nothing!!! Fortunately I was able to find a handyman to do the job. Good luck on responses - they're awful! More...
