Florence did a fabulous job transforming our living room, master bedroom, and child's bedroom. What I appreciated the most was her ability to understand the atmosphere we were looking for, and what style we were targeting, but also push us to achieve an aesthetic that we would never have been able to create on our own. Her taste is impeccable. When she presented us with a variety of furniture options, we often went with her top choice even though it might have seemed a bit unlikely at first glance; in the end, all the items she helped us choose looked perfect in the final make-over. She is extremely talented. Florence is also 100% conscientious and reliable, and she worked hard to provide us with just the right look and feel for our living room and master bedroom. I admired her efficiency, and enjoyed having discussions with her via email so that we could make decisions about furnishings even while we were traveling abroad, which helped to shorten the timeline of the remodel. She is a good communicator, very detail oriented, and really cares about her craft. We also greatly appreciated her economical approach—she is incredibly fair when charging for her time, especially given the multiple trips she made to our home to make sure all the furniture, decorative pieces and other aspects of the design came together perfectly. She is able and willing to work within any budget. She's got a refined sense of aesthetics and classic beauty balanced with budget savvy and livability know-how; and she took the time to get to know me as an individual so that the result reflects my personality rather than looking like something soulless, generic or trendy.
