With little time to prepare for an event, I called Julie at Florals From the Heart. After explaining what I needed for the event that was "Mopar" themed and needed certain colors, Julie, owner of the shop, eased my mind that indeed I had contacted the perfect place. Not only were the arrangements beautiful, but they were the colors I had described and just enough to perfectly complement the table at our event. If you need flowers for any occasion, Florals from the Heart is where you should purchase them. I arrived home yesterday evening to find an exquisite bouquet on my closed in porch in a very safe area. This was a good thing because I had not left the light on and I didn't see them. However the smell was glorious and I retrieved them after turning on the light. The arrangement was stunning, the flowers so very fresh and the color combination was a delight to the eye. I was looking for a unique plant to send home with my Aunt after my Uncle had passed away. I came accross FLORALS FROM THE HEART, after checking out dozens of other florists and fell in love with their flower arrangement "Angels among us". However, due to my uncle being cremated I did not want my Aunt being overwhelmed with so many floral arrangements so I called Julie at this florist and inquired to have this unique style made with a plant version. Without hesitation, she spoke with her husband and got right to it. She went as far as sending me text pictures to make sure I was happy with her design. She made every change and addition to it that I requested until it was the most beautiful arrangement I had ever seen. They went above and beyond any other florist I have ever used in the past. This picture does no justice, It was the MOST BEAUTIFUL arrangement I had ever seen.. Julie was the florist for my wedding and she did an amazing job! Not only did she do a beautiful job on the bridal party bouquets and on the centerpiece arrangements (where we received so may positive compliments), but she made a cake topper out of flowers and did a gorgeous job putting it together! The whole planning experience with Julie was a very smooth one, as she offered great advice based on her experience and knowledge, she was very responsive, extremely friendly, and very flexible pricing wise. Whenever I send someone flowers I have to be absolutely ensured that the product is going to be beautiful and I need to trust the service. Florals From The Heart completely exceeded my expectations. I was buying flowers for a very special person going through cancer treatment. I knew my order was special to the very nice lady who worked with me on the phone to ensure my flower arrangement was exactly as I wanted it. When she told me "I'll take great care of this for you" I knew she meant it and I actually acknowledged that to myself at the time. It was the most pleasant and positive order I've ever placed and I buy a lot of flowers. Today, I received a text message from a number not stored in my phone.
