We ordered flowers through FTD. Who then I guess contacted you. We ordered 2 arrangements for my cousins funeral. $100.00 value blooming peace Lilly, and a $60. 00 value basket of red and white carnations with babies breath Alabama football colors. FTD sent them an order of regular flowers, roses, daisies, and some others in a vase, looked like something a lady would get for her birthday, yes they where beautiful, but not for my cousins funeral. Well FTD got the peace Lilly order correct to you, but not the other, and the lillies where AMAZING. Tried calling FTD to handle it with them. They where rude, so very rude. So I called you directly. Everyone one at Floral Moments where so kind and so appoligatic over something that was NOT there fault! By the next day my Aunt received to her house the biggest basket of beautiful red and white carnations with babies breath. You all went above and beyound correcting this. Our entire family thanks you so much from the bottom of our hearts. More...
