They delivered an amazing arrangement of flowers that was one of the best I'd seen in awhile. It was on time and it literally matched the picture on-line, which definitely doesn't happen all the time with other companies.

I called this morning at 11am hoping for a same day delivery, but I was fully expecting a delivery the following day. I wish i could give more stars for my appreciation. Came in at 11 am the day of my son's prom and asked for a blue and white corsage and at first i was told that it was last minute and may not be able to make it the specific colors that i want. I said you can just make it white and spray it, at this point i cant be picky because i was procrastinating. I received a delivery from this florist yesterday. The delivery person was very nice, had a great personality and even walked them all the way to my office instead of just leaving them at the front desk. This was a same day delivery and the bouquet looked beautiful, flowers and vase were as well. My only complaint is that they don’t include plant food or care instructions. Me as a real life plant killer needs those things to make the most of my flowers!Would definitely recommend this florist from this one time experience! More...

Wow! It was after hours and they picked up the phone for me, they patiently heard all my questions, sent me photos of options, never seemed frustrated with me. My mom received flowers on a SUNDAY, the day of her birthday and when she sent me a picture of her flowers, they had a beautiful balloon that I did not order myself but I could not pick any better! I was desperate to find a florist shop open on Sundays as one of my best friends had her first baby over the weekend. I ran across Floral Masters and was able to place an order online.
I realized I did not type the correct message for my card, so I called and spoke with Ash.
Ash was very friendly in helping me get the message I needed on the card. We also discussed the floral arrangement and he did advise that some flowers and succulents he did not have on hand, but assured me he would substitute for something beautiful.
Not being a native of Georgia, I told him I was from Indiana, and he said that the delivery was further than his normal trips but decided to make it work anyway! He also threw in a free baby mylar for my bouquet.
Ash provided the best customer service I've seen a long time in the floral industry, and he even text me a photo of the flowers to make sure I approved of the substitutions before sending for delivery. I will always use Floral Masters when sending flowers to my friends in Georgia, Ash does not disappoint!

So far so good... I received a call from Ash about not having the container for the arrangement I ordered. That's OK.
