Megan and the rest of the Floral Expressions team truly made our day beautiful. Our venue was the Morton Arboretum, and their floral arrangements and centerpieces were even more beautiful than the natural flowers of the venue! They were ever so patient with me as a nervous bride. They not only created all the flowers for our day, but also helped us select and create the perfect centerpieces, and arranged them for us! It took a huge weight off my shoulders to know that such talented people will be in charge of decorating so much of the reception space. I so appreciated Megan finding me on my wedding day to wish me well and make sure I was satisfied with the flowers. They truly care about their customers and their craft. Thank you Floral Expressions for delivering 2 beautiful arrangements, a floral Christmas Tree and dinner Centerpiece. The flowers are fresh and the design is so pretty.  Best I have ever purchased.   The owner was excellent to deal with when Teleflora messed up the delivery date for my on line order.  After dealing with Teleflora and cancelling my original orders through them,  I ordered DIRECTLY with Floral Expressions to order my holiday arrangements.  Could not be happier with their serve, pricing and the delivery lady ( sorry, did not catch her name) who was the same lady would tired to deliver the error tree arrangement 2 weeks ago.  Very nice, professional and helpful.  Thank you for turning a horrible experience ( Teleflora technical error with my delivery date) into a positive experience.  You have gained a loyal client. I ordered a Christmas floral arrangement to be delivered in 2 Days to a rehab facility in Oswego.  After I placed the order I received an email that my friend was transferred to University of Chicago Hospital.  Not knowing how long my friend would be in the hospital I called and the nice gentleman at Floral Expression and Gifts suggested I could put the arrangement on hold, or cancel the arrangement.  I opted to cancel the arrangement but will absolutely call Floral Expressions and Gifts in Oswego when I know when my friend will be discharged.  This is an example of true customer service! My daughter Sam's wedding was this past weekend and Floral Expressions was our florist. The flowers were beautiful ... her bouquet was gorgeous! They decorated the outside area were they were married and the indoor reception ... just beautiful! The cake was exactly as Sam had imagined! This florist is easy to work with and the staff are super nice! I can't thank you enough for making Sam and Kyle's day more beautiful!! I originally had booked with a different florist for our wedding, and at the recommendation of a friend who used Floral Expression and Gifts I went for a consultation. I met with Megan, she was AMAZING. I had random ideas that she made into the most beautiful bridal bouquet and flower arrangements. I instantly cancelled with my other florist. I couldn't be happier with the arrangements and customer service they provided for a great price. I will definitely recommend and use them again! I was eager to meet with the staff at Floral Expressions after a co-worker used them for her wedding flowers and highly recommended them. After my meeting with Megan, I was confident that they would do an amazing job with our wedding flowers! She was so easy to work with, listened to all of my visions, made suggestions that were so appreciated, and she was prompt in all of our communication. We had a meeting shortly before the wedding to finalize all of the details and because of the logistics of our wedding day, Megan opened the shop early so that we could pick up the bouquets the morning of which was such a tremendous help. All of the arrangements were beautiful and exactly as I had envisioned! We had lots of compliments on how pretty all of the flowers and other elements were from the arbor at the ceremony, to the guest tables at the reception, and the bridal party bouquets. Megan and Floral Expressions did the flowers for my daughters recent wedding, at Emerson Creek Pottery Barn and Tearoom. I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful they were, exactly as we had envisioned in all regards and better. She was willing to work within our budget and provided our venue with flowers and greenery exactly as we had planned.  The bouquets of the bridal party and bride were absolutely gorgeous , in jewel tones, with succulent accents in the brides bouquet. The lanterned table center pieces were perfect, as were the flowers in the urns and the arbor.
