The Restaurant is on the 2nd floor of the FBO with big, beautiful windows facing the runway. Enjoy your brunch while watching airplanes take off and land. Locals, pilots and friends all gather here. The food is made with love and is good for the soul. The quirky owner/chef is in his element while at work. His food is his art and he takes it quite seriously. I look forward to his daily specials, punny names on the menus (such as Benny & The Jets for Eggs Benedict) and mouth watering food. I am a picky eater and that doesn't stop him from figuring out what would make my palate dance. I highly recommend stopping by this fun, clean easy going grill, your stomach will thank you later. My wife and I had the tenderloin dinner Saturday night for Valentine’s Day. One of the most tender and flavorful cuts we’ve ever had. Salad ingredients tasted fresh and the balsamic dressing was amazing. Can’t personally speak to the dessert because I’m not a fan of sweets, but she loved the lemon crème brûlée! The owner and staff were very engaging and made us feel like we were right at home.
