They always do their best to keep every machine up and running, the owners are always friendly and helpful, and they always keep the the gym very clean. Flex fitness is everything I want in a gym. Dan and Sally do a phenomenal job maintaining the cleanliness of Flex Fitness, which is something you’ll notice as soon as you walk in the door. Become a member and find yourself in there on the weekend and you may just find Dan and crew deep cleaning the gym floors, touching up wall paint, or a plethora of other things that makes this gym a cut above the standard expectation of most gyms. For its size, plenty of cable equipment, treadmills, free weights, and anything else the common gym-goer needs to help get a good pump, a good stretch, or to stimulate the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Dan is super down-to-earth and Sally is more than likely the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. I’ve been a loyal member since right around when they opened and other than the family-feel, Dan and Sally alone make calling Flex Fitness my “home gym” all worth while! Keep it up guys! I have been attending this gym for almost 2 years now and I don’t even know where to start with this review. I absolutely love and adore this gym. I changed my entire life in this gym. Sally and Dan are two amazing people and would do just about anything for you. I hurt my back really bad and couldn’t walk, Dan carries me out and sally drives me home. I need something like a hair tie, head phones, snacks, bites of Sally’s food Haha, etc. they have it or are willing to lend it. Did I mention you can eat off the floor in there because it’s so clean? It’s so serious that their employees vacuum the walls. Every single day you see them cleaning machines, on their hands and knees scrubbing the floors or doing something to make sure their gym is as clean as it can be. I highly recommend this gym. Dan's gym is the nicest gym I've ever been to! The facility is clean and always cool. The equipment is up to date with all the best technology! I love the atmosphere when you first walk in. Love this place. Small town with a gym that fits right in. It’s like the shoe “Cheers”. Where every body knows your name and they are always glad you came. They really are! Judgement free zone. There are the body builders in there but they are the nicest people you will ever get to know. Plus their mascot Flex is a dog. Name any another gym that loves animals and I’ll show you Flex gym. For some like me, the gym can be a very intimidating place. From the first moment I stepped foot in Flex Fitness, it just “felt right”. Dan and Sally have worked hard to make this gym a comfortable place to be. It is clean and well organized, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the patrons have become like family.This is my favorite judgement-free zone gym. The folks using this facility range in age and fitness levels, but never once have I felt I didn’t belong. From the cardio equipment to the free weights to the machines, there is something for everyone. The personal training option is fantastic! In addition to the amazing atmosphere, Flex Fitness offers affordable pricing while giving a little extra support to teachers, military and first responders. My favorite gym in the area, hands down. Equipment, bathrooms, and environment is ALWAYS clean. Clients almost always re-rack their weights and are friendly with each other. The prices are great and they don’t try to use their clients to passively market their gym like the other gym in town. Flex Fitness is big time fitness with a small town feel. The gym is very clean, well organized, well maintained, super afforable and accessible. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming to everyone. They take the time to learn their members names and socalize with folks to relax the atmosphere. This gym supports local high school athletes and cares about physical education for all ages. Equipment is top knotch including Peloton bikes. Peloton bikes are state of the art digital workout machines with thousands of digital workouts and training programs.Flex Fitness supports military and veterans and that's super important to me...so thank you!
