I wanted to say a few words about this local nutrition store in the city of Tustin. I have shopped on and off there for over 15 years and they have an impressive inventory that most stores do not have. I have noticed over the last few years they are priced below the internet which is awesome because we all want to save money. Just turned 40 and made a pact with myself to get in great shape. Started out with cardio and lost around 20lbs and now I'm working on getting things toned up. Was visiting my friend's house and noticed this place across the street. Walked in and talked to Brian (super friendly guy) and he got me set up with all the stuff I need to start bulking up. Took me through the basics of what types of protein powder I should use, different supplements that I should take (based on my age and fitness level so far), we talked about creatine and if it's something I should utilize or not. As you can see, I'm still very much a novice but this place takes people like me through the basics and makes them feel comfortable when asking "rookie" questions. They even have this device that accurately measures your BMI and have products to help w weight loss.
