Welcome to my page! My name is Megan Trionfo. I am 25 years old and the owner of Flex & Feast Fitness, LLC. I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. I started my weightlifting journey at the age of 19. Having never played a sport in my life, I was not athletic by any means, so you can imagine how I felt when I stepped into the gym.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients achieve their fitness goals by first performing an in depth assessment on cardio endurance, weightlifting capabilities, balance, and core strength. I then provide custom workouts based on their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work, patience, and consistency. There is no quick fix or magic pills.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is watching my clients transform from week to week and watching them gain confidence and believe in themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because I was tired of working for someone else's dream. I am able to offer so much more by being my own boss.

Clients should choose me because I don't just talk the talk, I walk the walk and have done so for over 6 years. I have been in their shoes and know what it's like to feel new or uncertain in a gym setting. I have been through all the fitness ups and downs, and I can help you navigate your way through them too.

Yes, I offer online coaching through a customized app for clients who prefer to have a customized plan without the in person help.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My gym has followed cdc guidelines in order to maintain a safe environment in the gym.

Online coaching includes access to my free app,
custom weekly workout plans with videos of most exercises, custom macros and help with counting them, weekly check ins, & 24/7 access to communicate with me
1:1 in Person Training
I offer in person training to men and women of all ages! Whether you are a beginner or just need the extra accountability, in person training will allow you to reach your health & fitness goals. Sessions are one hour long with custom training plans included, as well as nutrition guidance if desired.
