What’s your interior design process?
I do an initial consultation with the client, looking over a general inspiration package based on their prompt. Then we address key items to design and focus on and set a delivery schedule for the project. Throughout the schedule, we have milestone dates on which we review the progress to date and release the work completed.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
I enjoy working with contemporary, transitional, English and Italian classical design, bohemian or New age, Scandinavian, Japanese, French Countryside, Parisian Modern, Beachside, and Mountain modern.
What do you love most about your job?
I deeply enjoy the design portion, finding inspiration, the materials and merchandise to tie into it, and collaborating with a variety of clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've had a large collection of entrepreneurial mentors who have guided me in my design journey. Their paths have all been unique but resonated with the part of me that eventually pursued my own path.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because outside of interiors I also have a background in Architecture, Art, and International Culture. I am able to 3D model as well as manage projects with large design teams. I am also a great listener and extremely flexible; so every project is a collaboration, aspiring toward the unique dreams of the client.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I am able to provide remote services. When the pandemic started, my work-life barely skipped a beat. With Zoom and cloud services becoming an integral part of design teams, the only things keeping my projects domestic are a deeper understanding of the design regulations and their systems within the US.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I emphasize the ability to work remotely and establish customer distancing preferences prior to having in-person interactions.
Furniture Plans
Programming a floor plan including furniture layout, count, and size. Appliances and plumbing can be included.
FFE Boards
A finish sample mood board for a room. Including textiles, metalwork, flooring, ceiling, wall treatments. This can also be accompanied with hardware selections, plumbing, appliances, furniture, and lighting specifications depending on the project needs.
3D Visualization
Rendered photographs, videos, or client live walkthroughs of a modeled space. We can model spaces or verify compatibility with existing models. Post processing of photographs to enhance renderings can be preformed as needed.
Furniture Design
Concept design and detailing of custom furniture pieces alongside specifications of related hardware, finishes, and textiles.
Elevation Design
The 2D design of walls in a space. This can be accent walls, those with built-in casework, or walls with custom glass features. These can include custom blocks representing selected lighting, plumbing, and hardware.
Schedules
Hardware, lighting, window, door, finish, appliance, and plumbing schedules as requested.
Exterior concept
Working through the potential of a site as it relates to local codes, space planning, exterior materiality, fenestration/glazing, and exterior elevations.
Casework Design and Detailing
Design a new vanity, walk-in closet, or kitchen!
