Jyoti and her team did an AMAZING job for our Indian/Jewish wedding. We wanted to make sure there would be plenty of tasty Indian & non-Indian items for all of our guests, and boy did she deliver! During cocktail hour, guests could not stop raving about our wing station, potato bar, sliders, live Indian stations, and much more. Our dinner buffet was an absolute hit for ALL of our guests. Our guests have continued to rave about the food even to this day.

Many of the generic Indian caterers do not provide the necessary flexibility for interfaith/interracial weddings. Jyoti catered my very large gujarati wedding in August 2015. She let me customize my menu, make changes as needed, she provided very helpful tips and suggestions and worked flawlessly with a very difficult venue. All of the guests loved our Gujarati Lunch, as well as unique cocktail hour menu. Most of all we were impressed with the freshness of the food, presentation and taste. The number one thing most people comment about at weddings is the food and we were overwhelmed with compliments from our guests. Absolutely everyone was raving about how delicious everything was. Overall I would say that hands-down, you should go with her services. If you want the type of food that people will talk about in a positive way then she is your best bet.

There was approximately 300 people at our event. Everyone mentioned that the attention to detail, the attention to the logistics, and the timing was perfect. She is unique in her presentation and the style with which she cooks. It is not your typical restaurant-based catering service. We had a Bengali and Gujarat wedding. We had her cook vegetarian Gujarati foods, which according to the Gujarati folks were extremely tasty and well made, unlike they have had at other weddings. From the Bengali side we had requested her to make a special lamb dish, having given her the recipe, from my mother. It was made impeccably to taste. Literally, it was to die for.

I did not know of Flavors before I began my journey to search for caterers. Quickly I realized that her traditional style was different than all the others. When I went to her taste testing I was floored by the way she made even the most common dishes taste even better than expected. I would rate her service as 10 out of 10. Her attention to our requests and personal requests, her attention to her cooking, and the inquisitive nature with which my wife asked 1000 questions to her, were all handled politely, professionally and in time. She never let us down.

In short my guests wondered where the food from because they had never tasted something like that and something so wonderful and at any other wedding. More...

We were so fortunate for all our amazing vendors that night, but my guests could not stop raving about the catering. Jyoti is very responsive, patient and will answer any questions. She helps makes great suggestions for any work arounds, if needed. At the tasting, my family and I were so impressed we booked them right on the spot. Not only did they provide great service, but they were all great people. At the wedding, the food was definitely a hit. The guests were blown away with the Viennese hour; they had so many dessert stations set up that we heard great compliments about. From moment we met Jyoti and until the end of the amazing spread and event, Jyoti and her extremely wonderful staff worked very hard. Jyoti is a joy to work with. She was attentive to all our religious requirements in food, creative and knowledgeable with excellent choices and making it work just the way we wanted. Gave her personal touch in making all our selection and concerns met. The food was exceptional, fresh, extremely delicious and tasty and authentic. The presentation was clean, crisp and appetizing. Our wedding was a HUGE success due to the AMAZING food!!!! Jyoti and her team were such a delight to work with. Jyoti and Mayank are just FANTASTIC! ! They were easy to work with and aimed to please us, instead of us feeling like we had to fight with them for what we wanted. It never felt all about the money with them like I have heard other brides have to fight for what they want. They were delivering me a service and they wanted it to be the best. And It WAS. No detail was missed and everyone had a personal waiter for drinks at their table. The cocktail hour was out of this world! The food was DELICIOUS! Everyone is still talking about the wedding, but especially the food! The entire team put in soo much hard work in making our wedding so amazing and far beyond our expectation. We cannot thank them enough not only for the fabulous food but also for ensuring that everything went smoothly. Our families can’t stop complimenting us about the food. .
