Liz was great to work with leading up to and during our event. We met twice before the event and communication was clear and timely. Day of the event she was on time and set up in our small clubhouse kitchen. Dishes were plated beautifully, and she and her staff were attentive but unobtrusive. Cleanup was thorough and quiet. We hired Flavor Culture to cater a small birthday dinner -- not a lavish party, just a request for some good food to lighten the workload. Elizabeth delivered in spades. I had mentioned offhand that there might be a couple of guests who only eat kosher foods, but didn't ask her to accommodate them. She did anyway! She made stuffed shells as the entre and left some of them free of meat. And she put together a cool salad, with all sorts of yummy veggies arranged as a sort of buffet, enabling the kosher couple and everyone else to select whatever they wanted. Everyone loved the food. Elizabeth was a phenomenal caterer! She is professional, responsive, and pays attention to the details. She catered for our business lunch with about 75 guests. Her authentic, creative recipes were out of this world delicious! Couldn’t stop going back for more. I can honestly say she made the best Korean food I’ve ever tasted.
