Mike Milazzo did an awesome job resolving an issue we were having with a hospital failing to submit proper documentation to our health insurance company leading to charges being sent to a collection agency. On our own, we struggled for over a year trying to get both parties to communicate to each other. Once we got Mike involved, the issue got resolved and we ended up with the hospital owing us money. Chris was very down to earth, understanding and was proactive in finding me options and explaining every step of the way should I choose this way or that. He was very responsive as well; even on weekends and after hours. I felt the fees were fair and I got what I paid for and then some.
