Cassie and her team at Flaire Weddings were fantastic! We used their "Wedding Management" service (i.e., day-of coordination) and they were truly invaluable. They promptly fielded random questions from my fiance and I during the planning process, helped us keep track of our vendor payments with a handy online dashboard, created a wedding day timeline for us, and seamlessly coordinated vendors and answered questions on the day of, which really helped ease my stress levels. Where do I begin to express my gratitude to Cassandra and her incredible team?  My daughter had a New Year's Eve wedding, which was beyond fabulous, but came with challenges because of the date.   Cassie was absolutely the best investment I made in overcoming every possible glitch.  If there were issues, I barely knew they existed.  She completely took control and allowed me to enjoy the entire process of experiencing my daughter's wedding without stress.  She and her team kept me on track with all the vendors, budget, scheduling, and actually even managed to save me a bit of money by seeking out competitive bids on different requests we had.  Honestly, there are not enough accolades I can give to the service that was provided to me.  I can only hope that I am fortunate enough to host another large event so I am able to work with this wonderful company again. 

Last but not least, I have to also mention that I hired Cassie to do all the florals for our wedding.  I had such a specific vision for what we wanted and it's like she was in my head!  I have absolutely never, in my life,  seen such beautiful, perfect flowers and arrangements.  She did it all.  Decorated the cake, made the bouquets, arranged all the table decor, every single possible thing that included flowers and decor, Cassie provided, and she did it down to the very minute detail of my expectations.  Simply stunning.  A truly magical day thanks to this lovely lady and her phenomenal team. I can give a mother of the bride review - Book these ladies! My daughter didn't have to worry about anything the day of her wedding and the day was perfect. We contracted with Cassie for wedding day coordination, and could not be happier! She and her team did a fantastic job of picking up on the progress we made and seamlessly transitioned into running the event on the day of. We had such a good experience planning our wedding with Flaire events. Cassandra is so calm and helps to make the planning very manageable. She gave great advice on things to include and what could be eliminated. There were so many options and choices it was nice to have someone guiding us. Cassandra did a fantastic job coordinating all aspects of our wedding day. She did an excellent job of helping me create a vision for the day. We had a "funky" theme- board games and brunch- and Cassandra embraced our theme while offering us lots of suggestions on how to allow our personality to shine through while keeping everything elegant and beautiful. She helped me find the perfect hair and make-up artists, connected me with a fantastic photographer, and created a timeline that allowed us to pack a lot into the wedding day! On top of all the coordination and planning, she did ALL of the flowers for the entire wedding. I received so many compliments on the flowers, decor, and overall theme of the wedding and none of it would have been possible without Cassandra and Brooke!
I was beyond thrilled with how well the reception turned out. Cassandra has a fantastic eye for detail and was able to envision and create an absolutely gorgeous reception. The centerpieces, florals, linens, chiavari chairs, and layout- all designed by Cassandra- worked together beautifully.
On the day of the wedding, the Flaire Events staff was professional, polite, and flexible. Their expertise allowed me to spend my wedding day enjoying my time with my husband, family, and friends, rather than worrying about all the details that could have distracted me from the day.

Cassandra did everything for me. From flowers, chairs, decor, planning, and setup. She took care of my every need. Super easy to work with and an amazing imagination. The flowers were so beautiful and my bouquet was phenomenal. Every person told us how beautifully everything was set up, I was amazed myself when I finally got to see her vision with my eyes. Her team she brought for wedding setup was on spot and very professional. I met with several wedding planners in Jacksonville before deciding to hire Cassandra. What set her apart from the others was her confidence. It's a quiet confidence that is hard to find. She was knowledgeable and proud of her experience, but was also approachable, understanding, and easy to talk to. Cassandra was able to see my vision even when I lost site of it myself. Cassandra's coordination of the entire event was seamless; the Venue & Catering, the Band, Invitations, Officiant, Hair & Make-up, Favor, Cake/Bakery, Event Rentals, Flowers & Decorations, Musician, Photography was all pulled together extremely well the day of the wedding. There were a few minor glitches during the event, but nobody what aware there were issues being handled; they were minor and handled with grace.

Cassie has to be one of the sweetest people and I am so thankful that my florist, Shea, recommended Flaire Weddings and Events as our wedding planner. She was an absolute dream to work with - I've been in friends weddings were the planner was more of a dragon lady than a peace keeper and its nothing short of a nightmare. Cassandra is the best!!!!! She is a talented and professional wedding planner who let me enjoy my wedding day while she completely took over the logistics and executed my timeline to a T. I found Cassandra on wedding wire, read the reviews and gave her a call. After talking to her for a little while I knew she would be perfect. I already hired a bunch of vendors that she knew and loved to work with. Bonus! I had a destination wedding so I really needed someone who was local/knew the ins and outs, to work through all the logistics of my venue (walker's landing) and that is exactly what she did. I hired her for day of coordination and also added on an additional service of helping me put together and distribute my welcome bags. She was attentive and collaborative when I needed ideas. She was quick to help anytime I needed- going above and beyond her role as wedding day of coordinator. She was organized and professional and pleasant to work with. The day of my wedding it POURED! Luckily Cassandra was there to ensure everything got done despite it being a hard load in and set up! There are so many WONDERFUL things to say about Cassie! I chose her as my Day of Coordinator and could not have been happier with my decision! She was always available for questions and always made time to meet with me throughout the planning process if I needed it. Her attention to detail is impeccable. When it came down to the day of the wedding, I had sent her an inventory of decorations which she used to make the reception setup look EXACTLY as I had pictured it. She saw my vision and followed through! Another thing that stood out to me was how she wanted to make sure I was doing ok and would check to see if I needed anything throughout the entire wedding day! I knew I could rely on her for anything!
It was also one if my best decisions to rent my linens and chiavari chairs through her. She gave me her opinions when it cam down to making choices, but did not make me feel like I had to go with her ideas which to me is an extremely important quality! She took care of the delivery, setup and breakdown of everything the day of the wedding.

Cassandra was a lifesaver on our wedding day. She made sure that the big day ran smoothly and made sure all my visions come to life. It was so fantastic working with her through the planning process, even if just to have someone to talk out ideas with. We had the unfortunate happen during our reception with a medical emergency with one of our guests. It threw the evening off by over an hour but Cassandra made sure to get things back on track. Honestly, I was able to relax during the entire ordeal knowing she was there to take care of it, so despite the unforeseen circumstances we were still able to enjoy the rest of our big night. Had she not been there, the entire night may had been ruined but she stepped right in! Besides that, she made sure all of my decoration were exactly the way I wanted, every last candle was lite, and everyone was were they needed to be on time all day. Working with Cassandra from Flaire weddings was the best decision we made in planning our wedding. Cassandra has a lot of experience with different venues and works with some incredible vendors. When we first met her, she set me at ease and was very enthusiastic about my vision as well as how to lower costs at my upscale venue. Within 3 months of working with her, she had saved us costs in vendor prices with her recommendations exceeding to the amount we paid for her services. She knows some very good vendors who have been featured in all the big wedding publications and now my wedding has been a featured in two publications to date! She was very attentive and responsive to all my questions including my freak outs and budget limitations. She negotiated better prices and extra features with my venue. She helped me chose beautiful flowers that I never would have chosen on my own yet stayed under budget. She provided excellent ideas when I wanted to stray from tradition. She worked well with my parents who were a challenge with their first daughter getting married. She came with me to important meetings and was so helpful which led some vendors to think she was my maid of honor. Cassandra was extremely professional at all times while still being candid and approachable. On our wedding day, Cassandra managed everything. Me, my husband, our families, and our guests had the most amazing day with absolutely no stress. Everything was done perfectly and beautifully. Choosing Cassandra for our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made! When we first got engaged, we had no clue how much went into planning a wedding. Looking at it now there is no way we could have done it without her. She was so thorough and organized. She took our vision and made it work, but a million times better. My husband and I were extremely lucky to have found Cassandra, from Flaire Events, to help us coordinate our wedding. Planning our Amelia Island wedding from Charlotte, NC was not the easiest task so we knew right away we would need a wedding planner to help facilitate our needs. We mistakenly booked a different wedding planner early on during our planning but realized soon after we had made a mistake. Many tasks went undone & we felt we were doing all the leg work researching & booking vendors on our own. 3 months out from our wedding & many stressful nights later we decided to part ways with our original wedding planner. One of our other wonderful vendors put us in touch with Cassandra from Flaire Events and we knew right away we had made a great choice. Cassandra knew we had a lot to still accomplish in the 3 months we had left to plan and always made herself available to my mom, my husband, and I to get everything taken care of. She has the most calming demeanor and is super organized so we felt at ease right away.
The 3 months leading up to the wedding zipped by with Cassandra by my side helping with each last minute decision that needed to be made. The day of the wedding she arrived at the house first thing that morning & brought all kinds of goodies, breakfast items, and champagne for my bridesmaids & I. When we arrived at the venue she had everything under control & all of the details we had planned together were executed perfectly. Our only glitch of the day was it ended up raining as we were beginning the outside ceremony so we had to move it inside at the last minute. Luckily Cassandra had already thought ahead & had a full indoor ceremony already set up & ready to go. It made the transition seamless & she saved the day from becoming a disaster! My daughter and I worked with Cassandra from Flaire Weddings and Events in planning a December wedding. We started with getting our linens for the reception from her. As we got further into planning and talking to Cassandra, we decided to hire her to help coordiante the day of a month before the wedding. We then decided to also rent the new silver chivari chairs from her for the wedding reception. We were more that pleased with Cassandra. She was always professional and helpful. We found her very easy to talk to and to discuss planning for differenent aspects of the wedding. She referred us to a florist that did an absolutely beautiful job with the centerpeices and bouquets for the wedding. We are so very glad that we had her help throughout the wedding planning process. Oh, and we also used her for uplighting and gobo lighting for the reception and we were totally thrilled with how amazing the ballroom looked when we walked in and saw all of the linens and flowers and beautiful lighting ..it was more beautiful than what we pictured!!!! I wish I could give Cassandra more than just 5 stars, she was fantastic! I was an out of town bride and she was indispensable. My now-husband was a little skeptical about our need to use a planner, but one meeting with Cassandra changed his mind. She was very organized, prompt, and responsive. I hired her for the start to finish planning package: she helped me find a venue, helped with all my vendor decisions (except my wedding dress), and she styled my event. She worked withing my budget perfectly and her vendor suggestions and referrals are top-notch. This was the best money I spent on my wedding! I am living out of state from all my family and many close friends, so I knew I wanted to hire a planner to help me plan and relax the day of the event. I found Cassandra with Flaire Weddings and Events because she had a Day of Event package. It was perfect! We met for a consultation and I could tell that we were going to get along real well. She understood budget ideas and what I envisioned for my wedding day. After I booked her, we met 3 times. Once to talk more formally about budget, etc. One to have a site visit with my vendor and discuss room arrangement. She also worked with my florist closely (Blossoms and Accents) to meet with us and do a mock up table for the site visit. That gave us a picture idea of the linen, chair covers and centerpieces from the florist. That was such a good way to see how beautiful everything was going to look. The last meeting we set up a timeline that I was able to send all my vendors, so we would all be on the same page and everyone would know where to go and what to do when.

The day of, I was completely able to sit back, relax and spend the day soaking it all up! Cassandra ensured that all my vendors arrived on time and were placed in the correct place or that the items delivered got where they needed to go. She had helpers with her that set up all our linen and chair covers, etc. I didn't have to worry about any set up or break down. She made sure the wedding party was set up in place and everything ran according to the schedule.

Throughout the entire process, she was available for questions, recommendations or referrals. I think she went above and beyond what I initially booked her for! Best money I spent on my wedding! The entire day was relaxing and I soaked in every second of it because I knew I could sit back and Cassandra would take care of it. More...
