They had clearly done their research before even our initial meeting, and had a great understanding of our business, the tone or personality we are aiming for in our web presence, and our online marketing needs. Debby had a number of great suggestions, but was not pushy about any of them. She was extremely thorough in her explanations of anything we didn't understand, and very responsive via email during the entire design and launching process.
