Oh my goodness, love love love this place!!!! Had never been before & wasn't familiar with them before today but I was able to come in same-day and I can't say enough things. Included a nice shampoo process, cut, style & dry for a decent price (more than I'm used to paying but the quality for the price is a great deal). I've never loved my hair more & I was in need of a pick-me-up. Suggest her to anyone who needs a stylist who listens, can make suggestions to improve it further & cares about the end product being exactly right. She adjusted it on her own without me asking until she felt it was good enough. Because I'm add blind as a cave shrimp (bats aren't blind), once I put on my glasses I was beyond thrilled!!!! Love it love it love it! I'll post a quick vid to show it off haha, so you can see. Now my hair matches my color energy which is exactly what I needed. Couldn't be happier. The process of combing and drying was a bit rough but my hair looks even better than I had ever imagined so I'm so pleased & thankful for the expertise & care provided here today. I am beyond thrilled with how my wedding hair and makeup turned out! Living far away and not being able to book a trial, I was a bit nervous going into the day. .but Christine & Holly took my example photos and turned them into reality! Actually, even better than I could have imagined! My hair lasted ALL day, even through some very windy moments in the back of an open-air truck. I own my own business and having time to have my hair done and go to my sons snowboarding events, life is challenging sometimes to find time for myself. Christine fit me in and ended up staying later than she wanted and not once did she complain I. I came in not knowing what I wanted but I wanted something fun and new. She delivered and blew me away with the results. She exceeded my expectations and was so patient with me when I told her I didn't know what I wanted to do. I came to Christine after a horribly botched haircut. I remember seeing on this Facebook page that people come to her for color and cut corrections. ..She took her time with my nervous self and walked me through the correction for my botched haircut before she ever touched it with scissors. She corrected the mistakes that were made in the bad haircut, cleaned up the shape, and made me leave her salon feeling like a million bucks! Thank you so much! Christine is amazing and on top of that she is so NICE! I was incredibly lucky to catch her on a day she was not heavily booked, and she did a clarifying treatment, a bonding treatment and 2 moisture & protein masks on my hair to stop it from breaking off (don't ask what I was doing to it to make that happen). Then she gave me a great blow dry and sent me off with great advice, and a schedule to use my new products that will help me transition out of this scary hair-breaking time and keep my hair healthy, hydrated and strong. Christine was the best for my wedding! I had my original hair and makeup girl cancel a week before my wedding. I called Christine first thing Monday morning and within an hour she said she was available. She arrived on time and was ready to get started when we got there. This is my favorite salon to get my color and cut at. Christine is the best in Northern Arizona, and I drive from Gilbert to have her to my hair. Her coloring techniques are far superior than those in my area. The salon is clean, staff are friendly, and I feel welcomed every time I come. She also does a fantastic job on spray tan, if you are looking for that golden sun kiss! I would recommend her to anyone who understands the value of an amazing hair and makeup artiest. This salon was recommended to me by the wedding planner for my tiny destination ceremony at the Grand Canyon, Celebrations Studio. I was kind of nervous about working with a stylist I'd never met, but Christine was great. She corresponded with me over email and let me send in some photos of my hair and styles I liked--and then she traveled to our bed & breakfast in Williams AZ, which saved us time and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. Christine did a great job on my hair and makeup and on my mother's as well. I'd been growing out my hair for several months but it still only fell just past my shoulders and I knew it wasn't really long enough for a traditional up-do but I needed a style that would look chic but also keep my hair out of my face out at the canyon edge with potential wind. Christine worked her magic and after tons of tiny curls with the curling iron, tons of hairspray, and a whole lot of bobby pins, my hair was pulled up and back in lovely pincurls that stayed beautiful all through the ceremony and dinner. We lucked out and there wasn't much wind at the canyon that day, but even if there had been some wind, I think the style would have held up well. It loosened a bit as the evening progressed and still looked great. Christine did a lovely job on my make-up as well. I asked for a light, natural look because I don't wear much make-up on a daily basis and she really listened to what I was looking for and helped me achieve that goal. Best experience ever!!! I was asked to model for a boudoir shoot to promote a new website. I am soooo not a model and I had never had my makeup done professionally before, so I was really nervous. Christine was AMAZING! Her makeup and kit is professional grade and very clean and her application was flawless. The hair style she gave me was fast and so sexy. Got a med-dark spray tan and Christine did a great job as far as spraying it on evenly, and the final product looked great. However, it was way more tacky than I thought it would be and sticks to your clothes terribly afterward, so plan on going right home after you have it done! (and definitely sleep on old sheets/ Pj's!). My friend who also had one done with me didn't have as good results as I did -the next day after rinsing (not washing) off, her legs were all blotchy and she had to apply self tanner for a few days to even it out. I found this salon on yelp and though it had only one review, I was drawn to it by the simplicity of the menu choices, good prices, and the lovely pic of Christine. I'm so glad I found her! I came in for a shampoo/blow dry (35.) to straighten my curly, frizzy, dry hair, and for a pedicure. My hair is completely transformed. It doesn't appear blown out but looks very natural and straight as I'd asked. It's silky, smooth and feels so good! Christine gave me very personalized, friendly service and was helpful with suggestions for my hair. My pedicure was good, but my hair earns the five stars. The polish was applied thickly and well. Also, this is primarily a salon for weddings and events, so there is a team of young women and all the accoutrements around.
