If you are hungry this is a place for you! My wife and I were in town on vacation and found this place. It does not look like much on the lot side but you step inside and you smell the amazing food and feel like a part of the family of this intimate restaurant. When we sat down we knew that we were in for something amazing. The menu had a lot of options that are not your normal breakfast food and I love that. I wanted to get so many things. I decided to start my meal with a lean on sugar "Doug"nut. My wife and I decided to get 2 different things and share. She got the lobster Benedict and I got the spicy breakfast burrito. The "Doug"nut cake out warm and it was amazing! It was one of the best doughnuts that I have ever had. It had a perfect lemon taste and it was a great way to start my breakfast. Then our actual food cake and my burrito was bigger than my head! It was huge!!! When they said it was massive I thought they were kidding but they were not. My wife's lobster Benedict was also amazing. It was so good that she didn't end up sharing except for one bite. I was very happy with my burrito but I was sad I left so much! This is hands down the best experience that we have had during our entire trip. From the outside, it looks like a regular cinderblock small place.  But inside, it is lively, colorful and inviting. FK Your Diet is everything that is good in this world. The menu has just about every single meal from your childhood (and then some) imaginable.  Larry (best service ever) helped us navigate through the menu, and our party of 4 each decided to pick something from his recommendation. The chicken sandwich, the reuben, lobster benny and biscuts and gravy.  The food is amazing.  But the service and the restaurant focus (full donation to help foster kids [FK] just makes it perfect.  Go.  Eat.  Drink a bloody mary.  Buy a tshirt.  Make a donation. Hands down my favorite place when visiting fort Myers. Amazing staff from the second I got out of my car. Food was sooooo good and was out so quick! I was worried my two young boys would act wild but everyone there makes you feel so welcomed and as if they've known you forever. We had BRUNCHES of fun this morning at FK your Diet! Larry was an awesome serverwho treated us like any other regular even tho it was our first time there! The "doug" nut was simply delicious... we opted for the plain glaze which was so yummy but next time I'll be trying the maple bacon which was Larry's favorite! My husband got the burrito ! That thing was MASSIVE!!! He almost ate half !!! Haha i has B&G and it was super tasty! We had coffee and mimosas ! It was a superb brunch and we HIGHlY recommend!!! We love that it's just 5 mins from our house so we will be back very soon but no matter how far away you are, you will not be disappointed!!!!! What did I like about FK... everything. Food would normally be the first thing I talk about but that will have to come second. The staff is extremely friendly and not in a fake cheesy way. A way that only happy people can genuinely be, and you can clearly tell they want to make you feel better than at home. They are filling cups and clearing plates so fast you didn’t even realize they’ve tended to your every need before you needed it. The food... oh.my.god.the.food. Was so good and it will be feeding me for a week!! It’s made with love and fun in mind, Doug clearly knows the way to someone’s heart. Y’all this place hands down is the definition of comfort. Not only are the people and food so amazing but y’all the purpose is even more beautiful. I’m assuming at this point I’ve sold you on trying this place out so I won’t write what is already written. This by no means is a rush in rush out restaurant. You sit, you enjoy and you talk to your community. The owners pour their heart and sole into this place and it shows. Love this place! The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Every worker stopped and checked on us. It felt like a big family breakfast. The food... all I can say is ah-mazing. Portions are enormous! FK doesn't look like much, from the inside or the outside, but I didn't let that sway my decision to stop in. Cinder block walls painted with graffiti style signage welcomed us, which was interesting. Seated promptly, and welcomed promptly, we were advised that they do not serve lunch on the weekends, which was too bad, as it was nearly lunch time. Homemade corned beef hash is hard to come by, but FK's has it! Topped with three eggs, it's a lot of food! I asked for a side of sausage gravy and a single biscuit as well. Both were delicious, served hot, and fast. I was also able to sample their pancakes, which we were told was 86'd earlier in the day, but were back on the menu. They were also very good. Drinks stayed full, and although, the staff appeared to be a working bit of chaos, they in fact, were not. It's just a bit of a loose atmosphere that gets things done. No grousing between staff, and everyone was helping each other. As we were leaving, I heard the owner telling another table that he was opening the kitchen for lunch orders. That would have been nice about 30 minutes prior, just to open up options. Maybe next time, I'll be able to sample their lunch items. We'll be back. More...

This place was amazing!!! A bit sinful, but we need to treat ourselves every now and then. I had the maple bacon milk shake with real pieces of bacon, and a gigantic burger.
