How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
I practice what i preach for example eat a well balanced diet with fruits vegetables, whole grains, low fat dairy, lean/low fat proteins. Alcohol in moderation. No smoking. Execise. And all things in moderation.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people, problem solving and when my patients and families start to understand the area of information I teach them
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ive always had a mindset to work independently. Ive helped with large corporations but it seems people are not always prioritized
Why should our clients choose you?
I am seasoned in my career. I value people and try my best to help. I have been able to see many different populations from pediatrics, geriatrics, critically ill etc.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I want to offer the flexibility to give my patients the option of in person or remote consults.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I could mask up during visits unless customer chooses remote visit
