I had a small production in which I rented gear from F11. The budget got trimmed, so the rental requirements got event smaller. But that didn't impact the way I was treated. The gear was in great condition and F11 provided outstanding customer service. They responded immediately with questions I had, even beyond normal business hours. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE! We are based in Miami, but we had a production in Vegas so I needed to rent video equipment locally. F11 answered my emails within minutes every single time . Since we were still figuring out logistics, I had to request several revised quotes and they we happy to do so. They delivered the equipment to the location right on time. We even had a last minute request and they dropped off the gear right away. The equipment was in great shape. Pickup was speedy. Their prices are very competitive.
