However my friends and eight of their couple friends had rented this venue out for New Year's Eve where I was hired to DJ at that event. The venue is fairly organized they have all the amenities up-to-date such as Internet projector HDMI cable speaker systems heaters bar setup DJ area outside venue covered with a tarp. Rooms are all equipped with supplies such as towels kitchen has all the utensils it's a fairly big place with plenty of parking. Place has living room with fireplace outside areas have games such as basketball court big backyard with BBQ Pit open ground where you can play volleyball. It is a perfect place for Family Getaway if we don't mind spending money. it is a perfect place for family get away if we don't mind spending bit of money with a few couples or friends rather than going in the hotel and still having to buy and have to look for utensils and supplies. We came here for a friends wedding (we were part of the wedding party) and the location was absolutely gorgeous! The B&B house was adorable, comfy, and had everything we needed in it! Including PLENTY of bedrooms/bathrooms (every room had a bathroom!) for all the wedding party to stay in and use. Highly recommend this beautiful location. More...

Beautiful Venue! We recently had the pleasure of planning a client's wedding a the Fitz Place, it was a first for us and turned out beautiful! The Liz's were a joy to work with, responsive, accommodating and helpful, all things we look for as coordinators. The venue is gorgeous, and has several unique spots all on one property. While on our tour, I couldn't help but think of all the different ways we could use the space in the future. One great highlight that our couple was particularly drawn to and stood out, was that they could party the night away in a beautiful barn on a lush vineyard, and then simply walk across the lawn to their room. Sure you can achieve easy access to your room at a hotel wedding, but how many places afford you the ability to have your ranch/vineyard wedding and still have the luxury of a quick walk to your bed...? Truly looking forward to working with Liz again in the near future. More...

I love this venue.
The staff is truly approachable and so helpful for every dream day.
They treat the vendors super great which isn't always the case when it comes
to food for recharging your energy.
The view around the oak tree areas are an eye pleaser.
The view from the front porch is one of the best for all sunsets with the giant oak trees and vineyard.
This venue is so well kept'd up and clean.
Lots of room for big weddings and nice corners for smaller ones.
Dance Floor - no problem there, its the entire separate barn for that.
Best thing also, rooms upstairs for everyone to get ready in and
for staying over night.
Either way, these rooms are huge compared to dinky hotel rooms stuffed with
5-8 people getting ready.
Super low key fun place.

Went to a wedding and reception at Fitz's Place. The reception was in the back. The games they had for the kids was great. The Smores they had for guest were a hit.
