I love working with Fittnatics. This wasn't my first time reaching towards a goal with Jared. And there's a reason I came back . .. Results, plain and simple!! Losing 20 lbs in 90 days, losing over 30 inches on my body, gaining confidence and building the stamina to keep up with my physically demanding job are just a some of the goals we have achieved together. This time around I was thoroughly impressed by the Trainerize Application and how in depth the Fittnatics team was able to set up my plan and help me track my progress through the app. I was able to upload all my check in photos and body stats.
I could find all my workouts and even keep track of my reps, weight and rest times. And if I needed to talk or had any type of question, I could message Jared and Zorig personally or reach out to their other clients on a group chat!! Not to mention the one on one's with the coaches every week. It felt so amazing to have all that support ♡ Jared and Zorig are both very knowledgeable and have taught me so much about fitness and nutrition. I'm so grateful for the two of them!!

Had a great time with FITTnatics. Love the check ins as they help you stay motivated and on track towards your goals. The meal plans are fantastic and clearly described. Was looking for a fitness program to do while on mat leave. After my first pregnancy, I was having a hard time losing weight no matter what I did. After the second pregnancy, I wanted to get healthier and try to get to my pre baby weight. I tried FITTNatics and Jared as my coach. Little by little I saw small changes. Next thing you know week 12 was approaching and I saw I was almost 14 pounds down. I saw a new weight I haven’t seen in over 4 years. Felt stronger and more energy. I have lost 20 lbs (and counting) working with Jared, and it’s been the most fun and straightforward experience I’ve had working with a coach.

First of all, I appreciate Jared’s dual focus on fitness and nutrition. I ate more real food (that was easy to prepare) than I had in a long time and learned more about which foods had been missing from my diet. I was never hungry while still losing weight.

I also appreciated customized workouts that I could do from home, meaning that COVID closures never got between me and my fitness goals. It wasn’t just about the weight loss, it was about overall health.

Finally, it was so much fun to work with Jared. He has a strong emotional intelligence that enabled him to know when I needed to be pushed or challenged, and when I needed adjustments to my plan. I loved that he celebrated my wins and successes with genuine enthusiasm, and was always looking for ways to help me succeed.

If you’ve been on the fence about getting started, I can assure you that you’re in great hands and will not regret taking that first step.

Whenever we begin working with a client, the first thing we do is we set up a time to sit down so that I can get a clear understanding of exactly what a day in the life looks like in the eyes of our clients.

We do this because I know that if we're going to help you get to where you want to be as fast as possible and do so in a way where it doesn't feel like you're giving up all these delicious foods that you love having in your life right now.

It's very important that we understand where you're starting from so that we can build something based off of that and not just create a random plan that's going to be very difficult for you to follow or require a whole lot of effort.

Learning how to create a program that's conducive to your everyday lifestyle. One that allows for you to be consistent with this, not just for a short period of time, but ideally for the rest of your life.

I enjoy being able to connect with my clients in helping them to create breakthroughs in their life. This will ultimately impact not only them but you know their kids, their loved ones.

Beyond just helping clients reach their physical goals I LOVE seeing their mental growth and progression that takes place when a client really develops their own self love and confidence that comes from within and not any other external sources surrounding them!

I was always struggling with confidence in my younger years. I had a very difficult time being able to grow and develop muscle.

I went through years of trial and error, struggles with the frustration that came with this... I've tried every magic pill or solution under the sun but nothing seemed to work!

Finally, I figured out what worked and I remember how much that really transformed my life. From then on it's always been upsetting to me to see those fall into those same traps.

If I could only help one person to not have to go through the challenges that I went through and I can help them to achieve that transformation of confidence in themselves... It would definitely be worth it.

Unlike many other plans out there that will provide you with generic programming that may or may not fit into your current lifestyle. We focus heavily on building a program around what you;re already doing, because I understand that for this to be a lifestyle it has to be as effortless and enjoyable as possible.

That's our motto and because of that we place a huge emphasis on personalization and modifications to ensure that you can put your health on auto pilot and focus more on the things you really enjoy.

Yes, definitely the services are offered through our four main pillars. This is all accomplished remotely.

1. Customized workouts through our very user friendly app.
2. Non-restrictive personalized meal solutions
3. Weekly Zoom check-ins/program updates
4. Private Facebook group with weekly trainings & a health course

Fortunately for us, every plan has been conducted remotely and we have not had to worry about that. However, for clients that don't feel comfortable going to the gym we can set up a plan specifically for them to train with their equipment from home. This will prevent them from potentially exposing themselves to any risks.

All on an easy to use app where your workouts will be tailored to your location (gym or home) with the equipment offered. The best part is, we offer instructional videos so you can perform the exercises properly and safely. It also connects to tracking devices plus a nutritional app so we can see what foods you may be tracking.
