My experience from the very start with Fitsum-ISM was amazing. I immediately was connected with Bryn, who made my experience nothing short of amazing. She was extremely responsive and had such an expansive and intuitive knowledge of what a beautiful and organized wedding day should be. I thought I was all planned out, but she brought forward details I would never have thought about. She maintained consistent contact with my vendors, and ensured that I had nothing to worry about. On the day-of, Bryn took the lead and made sure that I did not have stress about ANYTHING - I was able to focus just on preparing and enjoying my day, which is exactly what I was looking for.
