How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I make sure I know exactly what the client is looking to achieve, then I plan their program accordingly. I make sure I have my client on board with the planning, so they know what and why they're doing each exercise and in that particular order. I then motivate them through the fitness app, texts and social medias to keep them on track, and whenever they run into resistance or challenges, I'm here to find ways around it. I'm always flexible with their programs and adjustments can always, and should be, made.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I truly believe this is such a mindset matter. I used to chase the body of my dreams: that skinny bikini model on the magazine covers and I was NOT happy at my skinniest. It wasn't until I gave up on that and decided to just be the strongest, best and baddest version of my true self that I actually started to see some incredible results and fell in love with what my body could do and how it could transform. I talk about this a lot with my clients. It's very rewarding when you see those results you've been waiting for, but HOW you get there is such a big part of it.
What do you love most about your job?
It absolutely comes down to connecting with my clients. Between a client and trainer is such an encouraging environment. I love being a dream team, overcoming obstacles, facing challenges and seeing people win.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It all started during the pandemic. I started to sense a growing demand for outdoor-training from people who had been in quarantine for all too long, and it made so much sense to me to be out there and help people back on track, to provide endorphins, to make people feel like they weren't so restricted, and from there it just grew naturally.
Why should our clients choose you?
I understand that everyone starts on different levels, and that everyone needs a different pace. I'm very attentive towards your level and cautious of not pushing you too far, knowing that every step forward adds up to major progress. I'm patient, I listen, I always have fun with my clients, I go into each workout as if their goals are mine and we're on this grind together. It's always a good vibe!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I do provide online services! You get access to my app, video calls, online chats, videos, descriptions, and it will be just like I'm there with you, but it's all in an app. No guesswork. I'll be able to track your every workout, keep track of your progress and cheer you on!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I'm fully vaccinated. I always mask up and keep my distance. I don't do any hands-on stretching etc unless the client feels safe with me doing so.
Online Training
If you want to have a plan when you go to the gym but don't necessarily need someone next to you while you execute it, then online training is perfect for you. I design new workouts for you every month, we stay in touch every week, you can chat with me everyday, and just like with an in-person client, I customize all workouts according to your personal needs and goals.
At-Home Personal Training
This is perfect is you prefer to train from home or any other location of your own choice. I carry dumbbells up to 35lbs x 2, bands, pull up bar, matts etc, so we can really get creative
At-Gym Personal Training
I have my favorite gym in West Hollywood where I take clients who wants to work with a personal trainer in a gym setting. It's called BuiltRX at 8539 Melrose Ave
Couple/Group Classes
If you are 2-3 friends who wants to train together I offer couple/group classes at a reduced price per person.
