1. Think Positively

If you're thinking of changing your lifestyle, also try to change the way you think! Stay positive and find the good in the things you do, no matter how small the act.

2. Live in the Moment...One Day at a Time...Take Small Steps...Make it your Lifestyle

3. Embrace Your Individuality...Try Not to Compare Yourself to Others

4. Dedicate Yourself to Your Goals...Be Passionate...Work Hard

5. Stay Determined and Consistent...Never Give Up on a Healthy Lifestyle

6. Find an Exercise Routine You Enjoy and Find Healthy Meals You Love

1. The opportunity to inspire and educate people to live happier and healthier lives.

2. Teaching and motivating my clients, and to be there to support and guide them 110 percent throughout their health and fitness journey.

3. Getting to know my clients and developing a sense of mutual trust and understanding by actively listening to their challenges, goals, likes and dislikes, and personal needs.

4. Effectively assessing my clients' readiness to make a lasting behavior change, their current fitness level, which movements and exercises are most appropriate for them, and then creating a customized approach to exercise that best serves their needs.

After experiencing a myocardial infarction (MI), commonly known as a heart attack, in September, 2011, I began a fitness regimen as part of my cardio-rehabilitation program. This led to the incorporation of fitness and exercise into my daily lifestyle. I went on to complete course work in anatomy, physiology, strength and exercise training and upon gaining my certification as a Personal Trainer, I worked in the health and fitness industry. As a personal trainer at various fitness centers, I lead, instructed, and motivated individuals of all ages and skill levels in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercises (exercises for the heart and blood circulation), strength training, stretching and balance.

1. I am honest and reliable and have passion for my job.

2. I plan and organize realistic goals and expectations for my clients.

3. My clients come first.

4. I provide individualized and proper fitness programs.

5. I evaluate my personal training sessions.

6. You get educated.
