I've been involved in the fitness industry since 2002 (18 years), providing one-on-one personal training services, partner training, and youth sports strength and conditioning programs. However, a majority of my work is working with the general population looking to improve overall health, lose weight, restore limitations, and reach their overall fitness goals.
Many of my clients were worried that it was going to be a painful process filled with judgement, extreme soreness, and exhaustion. As a team, we will work together toward your goal as your workouts will be designed specific to you and your fitness needs. Working out, eating healthy, and losing weight does not have to be an experience that you fear or dislike. It can be fun, rewarding, and something that you look forward to every day!
Nutrition also plays a huge role in reaching goals. I am certified to design meal plans according to each individual's needs with easy-to-follow guidelines.
