How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I make sure that I am always listening to the client and what their needs are. It is much better to listen to the needs of the client and then devise a plan that works.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The "secret" involves consistency, patience, hard work and perseverance.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I am able to apply the knowledge I have gained over the years and help others achieve their goals. Nothing brings a brighter smile than to see others accomplish their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to have more time and freedom to help others because I understand that schedules can be difficult and not your typical 9-5. As a father, I wanted to create something more convenient. Hence why my business is called Fitness on Que.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because creating a plan that will ultimately help the client achieve their goals is the most important aspect of this. There is not a one-plan-fits-all approach from me as a trainer. I believe time, effort and consistency are the key factors to constant progress. I will do everything I can as a trainer to listen and communicate in a way that is understood and gets results.

Absolutely, I can! With everything shifting to more online, I think it is just another avenue and adaptation to keep things moving forward.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have started to offer online training for those who are not comfortable with one on one or face to face training.
