This is not your ordinary gym where people expect to mindlessly peddle for miles and miles or use machines that only work a limited set of muscles. Here, you get a program that targets certain muscle groups and motions to get you beyond your limitations that may have been the result of years of inactivity (that's me!) or improper training in the past. I think it's awesome that they take a holistic approach to fitness, starting with programs built around high intensity interval training but then moving on to other areas of metabolic and cardio health. The owner / coach is not afraid to investigate new ideas in fitness and to spend the time and money to learn from other trainers. You won't find that at other gyms. When you walk into the gym for the first time, you wonder where all the machines are. After your first workout, you realize that you don't need them because the programs use gravity and some simple things to get you working hard. I've been coming here for 4 years and, at age 69 going on 70, I feel the difference. Besides the physical health improvements, working out here has introduced me to a whole new group of friends. We all support each other and genuinely care for each other. Great coach, great friends and great gym. What more could you want? More...

Coach Ryan is an amazing coach .. its like the workouts are an addiction once you start you dont wanna stop lol .. the classes are like 30 mins long quick and fun . . im not big on the gym so these classes work out perfectly for me .. if you are not a gym person I suggest you check his classes out ..oh and did I mention he helps you with nutrition as well so awesome .. and last but not least he has a yummy mini protein shake bar .. He's helping me get to my goals and im loving it .. 10lbs down in 2 1/2 months yay !! GO CHECK HIM OUT BEST WORKOUT PLACE EVER !!!!! More...

Using a science based approach of measuring, teacking data and adjusting to get the desired results. Making sure I coach exercise form correctly to minimize the risk of injuries and showing clients the importance of recovery/other aspects of fitness that would greatly benefit them getting to their goals faster that aren’t typically shown, talked about or incorperated into most fitness plans I’ve seen.

Being able to help get people where they want to be and getting results they never thought they could after years of trying things, not being able to stick to them for more than 30 day or seeing other health care professional like physical therapists without any real change or results in how they felt.

I saw how most of the industry focused on the money side of fitness rather than getting great results for people. I also saw a lot of people (my clients at the time included) get frustrated with trying to eat less and workout more without seeing results. I knew something was wrong with that process so I took the time and effort to learn from the best fitness professionals in busienss and fitness. Realizing with the right business model and training methods both the business and the client could mutually benefit, I decided to start Fitness HI realizing I would not be able to run things how I felt was best if i continued to work for another company.

I am constently learning and improving my ability to get clients results. I want to make sure that I can deliever the best effective and efficient workouts to our clients. I understand people are busy and have a lot going on so the they chose to spend working with me needs to be the best bang for their buck time and money wise.

Yes. We can create customized programs and deliver them through the Bridge Athletics app. This app allows you to not only see yiur programs but video demos of each exercise as well as major coaching points. You can also input your weights, message about specific exercies and even video yourself doing the exercise for coaching feedback.

We also offer coaching sessions done over zoom so we can give you live coaching and corrective feedback, go through your nutrition with you and demonstrate exercises in more detail.
