I've been coming here for lunch ever since I started working in the area, my coworker took me to this place saying she's been enjoying the food here for over a decade! The pizza here is my favorite, they update their menus periodically with delicious healthy choices and the food is fresh and flavorful for how healthy it is. I always like to get the Soccer Player pizza. I eat half and then save the rest for dinner or lunch the next day. It is even better later! It's like stew! So delicious! I can eat it everyday! I recently brought my boss to eat here and the staff was so nice, he accidentally ordered in for an extinct menu item and they brought it back just for him! I ordered a combo plate that had chicken, fish, and shrimp. It was good and a healthy source of protein. My only wish is that next time they will give a larger portion of fish on this plate. Great place for a healthy date night! The restaurant is really cute and a little hole in the wall with a patio and sometimes live music. My absolute favorite dish is the Ballet (fish with a low fat white wine cream sauce on pasta). If you love fish, you won't be disappointed! The chicken picatta is awesome too. There is always enough to take half the portion home. Overall, most of the food I've had here is great, aside from a few lacking dishes that were on the more extreme healthy side, but hey, its healthy! I just got done eating the best pizza! I ordered an Ironman on wheat. I've had this pizza before but this one was outrageous! The wheat crust was tasty and the toppings were plenty! This was one of the best Chicken Spinach Wraps I've had. Their yogurt ranch dressing was very tasty and went perfect with the wrap, even dipped my fries and tomatoes in it. Thought prices were too expensive, and the decor inside was a bit too tacky and inconsistent of theme. Is it suppose to be a chill lounge restaurant or sportsy fun, exciting atmosphere? On the flip side, I really appreciated their healthy choice items in literally every single dish. They even show the calorie count so you make sure you know what nutritional value you are getting. Also, I love how they include gluten free choices and a HUGE VEGAN menu. I also like the portion sizes they offer and the welcoming staff. They do a great job at presenting food and atmosphere is always uplifting, neat, and pleasant.
