How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
During the course of my workout experiences I noticed how many people didn’t really have a good idea of how to achieve their exercise goals (if they even had a goal). I feel that if nothing else, I provide my clients with tips on healthier habits and how to work out on days when they really don’t feel like it.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Stick with the program (there will be days when you're not feeling up to it), and it's OK to have cheat days.
What do you love most about your job?
Sharing the knowledge that I have accumulated over the 40+ years of training my mind and body with others.
What inspired you to start your own business?

Why should our clients choose you?
There are personal trainers that don’t customize workouts for clients. I would have dialogue with a potential provider asking them how they could/would help them with their particular goal (lose weight, gain muscle, etc).

I am a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach with additional certifications in personal training and corrective exercise. I also hold a brain coach certification from the Brain Academy.
The initial consultation/assessment is free. This will allow both of us to determine if working together would be a good fit.
