This place has really made a good name for itself well at least to myself, my wife, and the fitness forever gym community. The positive environment of no judgements and just hard work and sweat and grit benefits through the staff when you walk in and to the Owner Chris. I respect the hard work of changes the gym has made with the new addition of equipment and space and even a new school of health nutrition being a Vegan smoothie and food spot soon to open. Super clean. Comfortable to work out at. People are respectful both staff as well with the other people working out. One thing I always had a problem was feeling comfortable. I dont have that problem here which is keeping me coming back. Also they are open till midnight Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday. Huge help for me since I work late. More...
